The 9x 5 m indoor pool invites with 26 degrees water temperature in winter , as in summer. The apartment is very well equipped and has a balcony with south-east orientation. The not overflowing beach can be reached on foot via a hiking trail through the beautiful nature ( about 800m).

Laundry packages can be booked for a fee, early check-in & late check-out on request.

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

The apartment is located on the 26th floor of the Maritim Hotel in Travemünde and is located directly on the beach. The house is divided into two halves (A- and M-side). Each half has a separate entrance, through which you can reach an apartment on the ground floor and one on the 1st floor. A parking space is available for each apartment right by the house.
