At the beginning of 2025, we took it over and since then we have been transforming five apartments into stylish retreats with a lot of love – three are already finished. Our focus is deliberately on slowing down and relaxing. We have done away with televisions and invite you to come to yourself: in nature, on the nearby beach. Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. The apartment consists of a bedroom, a large living area with an open, modern kitchen, bathroom and two large terraces overlooking an idyllic garden. It is located just 800 meters from the beach and the city center. If you don't feel like going to the beach, you can take a leisurely walk in the adjacent forest and then relax in the communal sauna.

Dieses historische Gebäude ist eine typisch norddeutsche Bauernkate und steht am Rand eines kleinen Dorfes mit freiem Blick auf die hügelige Landschaft. An die eigene Wiese hinter dem Haus schließt sich unser 2 ha großes Naturgrundstück an, mit vielen lauschigen Plätzen unter Bäumen und am Bach. Wir haben die Kate mit Naturmaterialien saniert und gemütlich ausgestattet, z.B. mit Kamin und kleiner Sauna.
