The cottage, which covers nearly 100 m2, is the result of a quality renovation that was completed in January 2017. The Gîte consists of 3 bedrooms with their own private bathrooms. The cottage is equipped with all modern comforts (oven, induction stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, internet). The wood and stone give this place a luxurious and warm atmosphere. Nestled in its mountain setting, the Gîte offers you an authentic charming stay. Located on the balconies of Cerdagne, quiet, you are facing the Catalan Pyrenees with a great view.

Spacious and bright, 165 m² chalet (5 rooms including 4 bedrooms) is ideal for stays for families or groups of friends. At the back, the land borders the forest, offering a rare setting where you can observe does, deer or foxes. Located in the heart of the P.O. Regional Natural Park, the chalet is 900 m from the ski lifts, with a supermarket and Biocoop nearby. From the garden, direct access to the GR10 trail. 100 m away, Le Termanal offers tennis, paddle tennis and children's activities.

Beautiful apartment at the foot of the slopes and the forest

This is an apartment less than 100 meters from the slopes and about ten meters from the forest giving access to multiple hiking trails. A children's playground is just in front of the residence. a fully equipped open kitchen overlooking a terrace where you can have lunch. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with a 140 double bed with a dressing room as well as a cabin with 80 bunk beds. The bathroom includes the toilet with a large enclosed shower.

In our house in Bolquère, we leave the entire ground floor available to guests, since we live upstairs. It's a "homestay" concept but you're completely autonomous. The "4-star furnished tourist accommodation" rating by the French tourism development agency Atout France is a guarantee of quality for guests. The location of the house allows you to enjoy both the pretty village of Bolquère, and direct access to nature.
