Monthly Rentals in Bologne

Jacques's house is a rare find. It looked good in the pictures, but the reality exceeded expectations, and it was a nice surprise. The property was built in the mid-19th century, and it still has its original charm. The mansion, located on the hill, is surrounded by green fields and forest. It is a perfect place to unwind and connect with both history and nature. The accommodation prepared for the guests is a conversion of the courtyard buildings into a modern, comfortable apartment with a spacious private yard and parking. It is both beautifully designed and very well equipped. We loved the place. Jacques and his family are lovely hosts. They welcomed us at the check-in, advised us on the places to see, activities, and restaurants. There are electric bikes available for the guests as well. Jacques is an animal lover, and our three dogs received a very warm welcome as well :) I wish we could have stayed longer. Next time we definitely will !

The stay at Paul's was very nice. The property was well maintained and the accommodation clean. If you had any questions, you could simply write to him and also expect a quick response.

We had a great stay. Sylvie and Jack advised us on bike routes and cultural tours. When returning from activities, the owners asked for our impressions. They let us enjoy the produce from their garden. They decorated the living room with flowers from their property.
