Thomas's home was perfect for our family during our holiday. We are a famiy of 6 and it was plenty spacious, clean, quiet, and safe. It was nice to be a little outside Amsterdam. Abcoude is an absolutely charming town. The house was well-appointed, not cluttered, very clean, and very modern. Thomas was always responsive, helpful, and accomodating. We highly reccomend?

Jeannot was the best host from start to finish! He provided an amazing advance PDF of Amsterdam information and communicated via Whats App throughout. He even paid my tab at the local ice cream parlour after I discovered they did not take credit cards and the closest ATM was broken. The location is perfect for a stay with a large family. It was a great place to start and end the day and so easy to get to the city center from.

We had a really nice time at Floor's house. She is very friendly, responds immediately and gives good tips for the area. The house is exactly as in the pictures, neatly tidy and tidy. The area is also very quiet and a 15-minute walk to the center of Haarlem. In short, highly recommended!

Large well equipped house with everything we needed for our stay. The communication was fast and friendly. Next time I would pay attention to a charging facility for our electric car at the house (was available for some houses).

We had a wonderful time in this spacious and cozy villa in Utrecht. The apartment exudes a feel-good atmosphere and is perfectly equipped. Utrecht has a lot to offer, and from the property, a lot is within walking distance, easily accessible by bike or car. The location is very quiet, but still close to everything you need. The landlord is very nice and helpful. We can highly recommend this place!

We had a lovely family holiday for 3 nights. The property has been beautifully done up and was extremely well resourced with all catering equipment. There were lots of different areas to relax in and we particularly enjoyed all the outdoor seating areas as we were lucky to mostly have good weather. The tennis court is great (though could be difficult to retrieve balls that went over the walls/hedges). Murielle gave us some helpful tips for local places to explore.

We had an amazing stay at Rick's Airbnb! The home had everything we needed and had plenty of spaces to relax. Rick was very responsive to any communication and had suggestions regarding local restaurants and facilities such as a gym. We highly recommend staying here.

Large house with lots of space, directly on the water and a short walk to Abcoude. Easy communication and check in.

We absolutely loved this place. Two of our teenagers slept in the basement and one slept in the attic, and my husband and I used the master suite. Everything was beautiful. The firepit and piano were a fabulous bonus. Definitely recommend renting bikes and riding to the sea!

Amazing place to stay. The house is very nice and has all is needed for a great holiday. It is also very well located both to access train and go shopping for groceries, etc. More than anything, Marjolein and Jan were amazing hosts, starting with a very nice welcome with a warm soup for the cold weather and regularly checking that everything we needed was there for us. We stayed here for 9 nights with three generations - parents, grandparents and two children (1.5 and 5). The house house is spacious, beautifully decorated and had everything we could possibly need. The owners even kindly provided a cot and highchair. Our 5 year old daughter loved her room, which was decorated as a lovely girl's bedroom. The contained and shaded garden was great for the children to play in in the summer heat, especially the inbuilt trampoline. The layout of the house also meant that the 1.5 year old could stay in a separate wing and didn't wake everyone in the family up at 6 am. Just be mindful of the fairly steep stairs to the top floor (bedrooms 5 and 6). The location is great for visiting Efteling and it's a nice stroll into Vjijmen, which has plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. A short car ride away are nice towns like the fortified Heusden, and a fabulous bathing lake with a sandy beach and other facilities is within walking distance. Nice quiet and leafy neighbourhood with interesting houses. The owners were very responsive and helpful, and provided a useful welcome booklet (as well as some delicious local treats). We will look back fondly on our stay!

Very nice house with a warm cozy atmosphere. We have enjoyed a wonderful weekend with games, puzzling, reading and walking together with friends and daughters.

Marcel is a very nice host, super reactive, and this house is a nice alternative to downtown accommodations in Amsterdam (or Harlem) if you're visiting the area.

The accommodation is in a unique location overlooking the beach and North Sea. It’s tastefully furnished and thoughtfully equipped. Even has its own private fitness equipment and there is also the use of an indoor pool. Everything was immaculate and every detail from the cozy bedding to the modern amenities made our stay exceptionally comfortable. Luna’s mother went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and gave us some outstanding local tips. It would be a perfect location for a larger gathering as Luna also runs a Beach House opposite. Whether you are looking for a peaceful getaway, an active beach holiday or simply a beautiful place to relax and unwind, this is the perfect place. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the best of IJmuidens coastal charm.

Frank is an outstanding host. He provided fantastic and detailed information upfront. The check-in was smooth, and we were provided with local snacks, and Frank set us up with breakfast for our first morning in Amsterdam. This made it very comfortable after a long trip. Whenever we had a question, Frank replied within minutes. We all had a great and relaxing stay. Our kids often asked us if we could stay inside the house rather than going on day trips. That's how much they enjoyed the place and the cute little garden where they could play with water (you have to watch out for tiny kids that can't swim though). In short, it was fun, and we had a good time.

We had an amazing stay at Sonja’s place. Everything was just perfect. The location was excellent. The neighbourhood is beautiful. A row of houses with the canal as the backyard. Absolute peace and quiet and extremely secure. It’s a 4 minute walk to the tram station where there’s a tram every 10 min to the Central Station. It just takes 10 minutes to reach Central Station. The living area and kitchen are brilliant with all necessary equipments. The backyard is brilliant with an easy access to the canal. We didn’t use the pizza oven and the barbecue but I reckon they would be great when used. There are three bedrooms on the first floor and the view from the open space from there is lovely. The bathroom is huge and has a sun roof. Overall a brilliant experience. Sonja was very responsive and left a detailed note on how things work. We (2 adults and 2 kids) loved the stay and will again stay there in a heartbeat.
