New! Stylish beach house 200m from the beach

Our beach house is tastefully decorated, a house where the sun always shines and you quickly feel at home. South-facing garden with garden furniture. 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed. 1 small bedroom with 1 pers box spring and 1 pers folding bed. Above living room sleeping loft with small double bed. We think our house is suitable for max 5 people. Bathroom will be renovated in februari 2024. Kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, Nespresso, airfryer and tostigrill and renewd in 2023.

Geniet van het strand, de zee en de duinen. Vanaf ons guesthouse is het 5 minuten lopen naar de boulevard, het strand en de duinen. Ons guesthouse is in 2022 gerenoveerd en is van alle gemakken voorzien. In 2024 hebben we het interieur een upgrade gegeven. Gelegen in een rustige buurt met een eigen ingang en een kleine tuin waar je buiten kan zitten. Op de boulevard vind je leuke restaurants en barretjes. In het bollenseizoen zijn op 10 min. fietsen de eerste bollenvelden al te vinden.

Vind je rust en ontspanning, een digitale detox, op deze unieke plek in de natuur met veel privacy en ruime privé tuin, een verborgen oases van wellness, De lokatie is ideaal als vakantie bestemming met nog geen 10-15 minuten lopen door de beboste duinen, ben je zo op het ruime prachtige strand van Noordwijk en het Oosterduinse meer. Mogelijkheid tot gebruik van prive jacuzzi en sauna, die zijn apart bij te boeken. Om de rust voor iedereen te bewaren, na 22.00 graag geen geluidsoverlast.

De accommodatie is zeer compleet, met een moderne keuken vv magnetron, inductie kookplaat, koelkast, vaatwasser en flatscreen tv. Tevens kunt u gebruik maken van de eettafel met vier stoelen. Het appartement is gelegen op de 1e etage en heeft twee slaapkamers met in elke slaapkamer een 2 persoons bed. In de kamer bevindt zich een bedbank die voor extra slaapruimte zorgt, eetkamertafel met zes stoelen en een flatscreen tv. In de doucheruimte kunt gebruik maken van de wasmachine en wasdroger.

Holiday home by the sea in Noordwijk

Please note! We do not rent to workers. The vacation home is located on a quiet and child-friendly bungalow park just 30 minutes' walk from the beach, directly behind the dunes. There are two parking spaces at the house. The house is on 500 square meters of land, with a terrace and a large garden. There is a BBQ. The house has all the comforts. In the barn, there is a handcart, 3 MTB bicycles, 2 children's bicycles, 3 women's and 3 men's bicycles. Pets are not allowed.

A comfortable and atmospheric holiday home (approx. 55 m²) located directly on the Elfhoeven lake in the Reeuwijkse Plassen area. You can enjoy walking, cycling and swimming here.
