The apartment is beautiful, bright, and stylish—truly a cozy and comfortable place to stay. Every detail is well thought out to ensure an enjoyable experience. Communication with the owner was incredibly easy and efficient. Everything was perfect, and I highly recommend it!

Communication with Sveva was extremely smooth and she was very quick to respond to any questions. On the day of arrival, she was already waiting for us at the door. She led us to the place. The place, linens and beds were very clean. She also had all the necessary utensils in the kitchen. We found the stay very pleasant and would book again.

Everything was fine! Location is very nice, close to shopping centres, but very quiet. Host is super friendly and caring! Apartments correspond to the photo provided

A very nice starting point for a weekend in Milan. Perfect location, in the center and yet quiet. Beautiful and typical Italian courtyard with swallows. Super host, who responds quickly and kindly. In short, we have enjoyed it!

Gustavo was responsive and kind and this stay was great! very clean and private areas for each of us. Great restaurants and transit into the city in the area. The space even had a lovely terrace and winter garden!

Beautiful comfortable and authentic house, beautifully renovated, where it is cool even in high heat. The view of the rooms is splendid. Géraldine is very welcoming. Stresa is a 10-minute walk away, a little more on the way back because the slope is steep but it's a pleasure to be able to do everything without a car. We had an excellent week and we will be back for sure!

We just returned from a stay - the pictures do not do justice to the beauty of the home and the location. Jennifer and Nico are outstanding hosts and have been extremely helpful in recommendations for restaurants, activities and future stays.

Excellent place to stay and great hosts. Nice area, it’s about an hour’s walk to the old city, a bit more if you follow the greenway but a nicer route. Parking place is at the property and easy to find. Highly recommended.

Staying with Matteo was the perfect choice. The apartment is spacious,clean, andwell-equipped. Matteo was very helpful, responding quickly to our messages. Outside, there is a place and all the equipment for a barbecue and, most importantly, a parking space under the house. Great location. You can visit the beautiful Lago Maggiore,and Como is only 1 hour away. I recommend it with all my heart!

It's worth it !!! The location is spectacular. More modern, quiet neighborhood with good restaurant options and walking distance to the Center. The apartment is old, but completely renovated. The TV is spectacular. The bathroom in the suite is quite large. The apartment is generally quite spacious. And now the most important thing: the Team. I've never seen such good service in so many years of Air BnB. In addition to quick responses, they give tips and solve any problem. Thank you very much

Excellent Airbnb to spend a few days in Como. Very close to the station near the lake. A few blocks from the cathedral. Everything was very beautiful. The apartment is beautiful. The quality of the kitchen items is excellent. Flawless towels and linens. We will be back!

What a great place to stay! Just steps from the base of lake como, easy to catch the ferry or bus to other towns. Alessandro was incredibly helpful with recommendations during our stay as well!

Sergio’s place was well located and made for a brisk 10 minute walk from the train station. The rooms were very clean and had two bathrooms for traveling in groups. Would recommend staying here for your trip to Como.

The place was exactly as described – clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. Towels and bed linens were provided, which was really convenient. Very close to the metro, making it easy to get around. Everything was great, I’d definitely recommend it!
