Vacation rentals with lake access in Bolivar Peninsula

We had a wonderful time! The bay view was beautiful and the house was perfectly clean and comfortable. We have 9 in our family including adult children’s spouses and the space was perfect.

Great host, great place!!

3 moms stayed with our 4 kids. The place was perfect because the kids had a spacious room with a large bathroom & us 3 moms each had our own space. The house was stocked with what we needed for our short stay & everything was nice & clean.

Drew was an excellent host! Always communicated quickly and sent information about the home ahead of time. We had an event at the Convention Center but wanted to stay off the seawall. It was a great location because it was off the seawall but not too far from it either. There are beach access points and a Dollar General just a couple minutes drive away. The home is very clean and had everything we needed for our stay (including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers). There were a ton of bath towels and we never ran out. Our pups were right at home with the provided dog bed, pet bowls, and fenced in yard. The appliances were nice and the kitchen was stocked with lots of cookware (pots/pans, utensils, etc). All of the guests enjoyed the cleanliness and at home feeling.

Although we were doing a short weekend getaway our time at Regina’s was immaculate. The weather kind of switched our plans a bit but we enjoyed our stay the best we could. Lovely home and location!!

Michael's home was beautiful, plenty of space, everything you might need, he was a very helpful host and I had an amazing time with my family that I don't get to see very much. I really appreciate this host !

Paul was a great host and his home met all of our groups needs. The pool was beautiful and very restful after a long day of soccer games. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay and the location. Everything was wonderful. The apartment complex is very nice. It looked like it was freshly painted, very bright and colorful. We were attending an event at TAMUG and the trip over to pelican Island was quick and convenient.

This apartment was central to both NASA and the boardwalk. Didn’t take us more than 15 min to get anywhere we wanted to go. But I do think it’s misleading to say this unit is waterfront. You can’t see the water and have to walk past at least 40 other apartments to get to the water. Yes it’s NEAR the water but if you want to be waterfront this is not the unit for you. We had come from two other truly water front Airbnb’s before this one so was bummed about that. The apartment is older and it’s on a super busy road (the tv had to be on blaring to hear over the road noise) but we didn’t struggle sleeping so that’s good. It rained the whole time we were there and still had plenty to do in the area. We did indoor pickle ball, bowling & batting cages. I think for an inexpensive NEAR water apartment this is a good choice. But if you want ON water don’t book this unit. Host was super responsive and allowed an early check in which we appreciated a lot!

Really enjoyed the stay. Was really convenient. Was able to walk to moody gardens within a 8 minute walk. Host was super responsive. The pictures did no justice. I enjoyed the view of landscaping around the apaprtment. Really peaceful. Only thing I would recommend is making sure the tenants mail is not laying around on the counters upon arrival. What a beautiful space! I absolutely loved the view of the waves crashing on the shore. The swimming pool was the highlight of our trip. Kitchen was adequately stocked and easy to prepare meals in. The condo is recently renovated with new furniture and appliances. Plenty of space for two couples and our kids. Thank you Donna for a wonderful stay! 10/10 would definitely here stay again.

Tracy’s place was everything I hoped it would be. Very peaceful . very clean and welcoming. Whatever you may need in the kitchen, it’s there. We spent a lot of our time sitting out on the balcony watching the fish jump out and the birds flying by. Perfect spot for morning coffee, afternoon reading and evening night cap. Great location for visiting family. Only 10 minutes away, if that. Next visit, we will stay there again. We found our home away from home. Tracy is friendly and quick to respond . She is an excellent host!

Our stay was amazing. Vince was super helpfull and the apartment was super clean. If we return to Houston we Will for sure check for this again. Closet to the NASA Center, to Broadwalk and nit so far from City Center. Five stars, no doubt

I love this home away from home. I stayed for 6 weeks and it was wonderful. Paul is very respectful and doesn't bother you at home. He had a small puzzle collections, which I loved! I also added a few to his collections. I would highly recommend his place he has everything you need and more. Very quiet and private.
