Designed as a 2-story duplex with separate entrances, decks, A/C and sound proofing, the Airbnb is the 1000 sq ft 1st floor. The 2nd floor is for the owners who travel frequently and is never rented. Washer/Dryer in the house. Bedrooms have extra comfortable queen beds, closets and blackout curtains. Backyard has large deck and outdoor shower!
