for the New Year 2025 holiday we were guests of Flaviano. A friendly, professional and respectful man towards animals. Throughout the stay, from check-in to check-out Flaviano made us feel at home. Maximum availability and efficiency. In these few days he recommended excellent restaurants in the area and offered us sparkling wines and jams of his own production. The perfect Host to even have a beer with ;) the house is in good condition, kitchen equipped with everything you need (microwave, air fryer and wood-burning ovens). stove heating system: 1 pellet and 1 wood. not state-of-the-art as many will be used to but perfect for a mountain experience. in addition, wood and pellets kindly provided by the host. in conclusion, everything was perfect and if my company ever finds itself celebrating New Year's in those areas we will certainly already know where to go!

We had a great stay at the appartment. It is in front of a nice square, with a play area for children. Close to the starting points of many walks.

An oasis of peace, I would call this place. Very nice house, immersed in a quiet area, perfect for getting away from the daily routine. Very clean, welcoming, spacious, and warm. Spending 4 days there, it was like being at home. We really didn't miss anything, the house is equipped with everything you need. Fabio was very kind and helpful. And I want to thank him and his mom for their hospitality. We will definitely be back!!! Recommended!
