I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sally’s lovely Airbnb, and I can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, Sally was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The highlight of this property, however, has to be the tranquil, serene garden. It’s a beautifully maintained oasis of calm and relaxation. The garden is a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The accommodation itself was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything I needed. If you’re looking for a serene retreat with a friendly and accommodating host, this is the place for you. I’m already looking forward to my next stay!

This was our first time in Johannesburg and Anita helped it to be very special. She was a great hostess. Anytime we needed anything she had no problem assisting us. She gave us information about sightseeing in the area, restaurants, great farmer's markets and much more. My sister was visiting from Rome, Italy and Anita speaks Italian, so that was a special surprise for my sister. Anita also has a basketball hoop, which my 10 year old granddaughter loved, she also gave her games and drawing supplies. My granddaughter had a great time. We highly recommend Anita's beautiful cottage and great hospitality, and would surely book it again.

Our stay was more than we dreamed. Rasheed was incredibly helpful and the perfect host. Our party of 9 ladies had an amazing evening and slept so comfortably. The rooms were clean, neat and comfortable with all the amenities plus mini bar! Our guests loved the added decor to the gardens which was an added surprise and thought the place was charming with all the different sculptures and African trophies. This place is definitely a peaceful oasis with a gracious host willing to accommodate his guests as best as possible. Thank you for an amazing experience Rasheed!

Aniss’s place is a wonderful and definitely a must stay when in town. The space is everything you expect and more.

Stewart met us upon our arrival and went out of his way to make us feel right at home. We were left to enjoy the privacy and peacefulness of the beautiful quaint cottage and the animals that lived on the premises. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed for our 2 day stay in Johannesburg, with the location also perfect as everything we needed was within a 10 minute drive. We will definitely return!

Charming neighborhood/place and helpful host.

Comfy, spacious farmhouse with beautiful surroundings and a relaxed atmosphere. Never met the hosts but helpful and accommodating. Great price for what we received my only complaint is that i didn’t have the time to stay longer, will definitely be back with a bigger group

Sean was an amazing host from start to finish. He let us check in early, which we really appreciated, and the place totally blew us away — it was honestly 100 times better than what we saw in the listing. The location was super convenient, and we felt really safe the whole time. Plus, no load shedding during our stay, which was a huge plus. Sean took the time to walk us through every little detail in the house when we arrived, and you could tell he really cared — nothing was rushed, and he didn’t leave anything out. Communication with him was spot-on the entire time, and the house had everything we needed. My kids absolutely loved it too — they were so comfortable and happy there, which made the whole experience even better for us. Honestly, I don’t have a single complaint. If the place is available the next time we’re in town, we’re definitely booking it again. Highly recommend!

The most comfortable bed we slept in during our South African stay! Quality appliances, comfortable furnishings. A great patio for outdoor eating and braaing, and a lovely garden for the kids to play in. The host was amazingly responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend and we will certainly stay here again on future trips.

What a wonderful opportunity to stay at Sally’s place. They are such a beautiful couple and absolutely helpful. The cottage is amazing, beautiful, peaceful and very quiet. If you need a quiet place for reflection and peaceful place to get your thoughts together or write a book, Sally’s place is the place. Debbie was a fantastic host, nothing was to much bother, home away from home. Beautiful studio appt with kitchenette, which had, bar fridge, microwave, kettle & toaster. TV with netflix. Thornhill Estate, very secure & safe to walk around. Flamingo shopping center within walking distance, pizza, pasta restaurant, Gratitude with sold sushi, chicken, steak. Checkers, woolworths, dishes. Small restaurant that's did breakfasts, lunch, some smaller shops as well. Would mist definitely recommend Debbie's place, you won't be disappointed Will most definitely be staying again. Thank you Debbie for making our stay so enjoyable. Christine & Bob xx

We had an amazing time at Elke’s and Rudi’s place. Everything was clean, the neighborhood was safe and quiet. The hosts made sure we had a great time and they are the sweetest persons. I highly recommend staying there!

We have been to Zebula before but renting larger units due to the number of guests, this time we were looking for something smaller for just the 4 of us. This is a great unit that has that has everything you need.

I definitely loved and felt like I was at home . Marleen have all the necessary items needed for home use I was even able to decorate a wedding cake with her hand mixer while I had mine . I was really impressed with all the small details like tea, milk ,sugar,shower gel, detergent like she had all the emergency stuff u will need if u couldn’t buy or forget .
