8 Min walk from Blue Hills mall, 10min drive to midrand central, kylami center, mall of africa, 20min drive to fourways, montecasino, sandton. Located in Blue lakes Estate. The unit is situated close to the security entrance so no long walks to get to the uber or to the exit. Unit lacks little and offers a eastern facing large sized balcony and western facing kitche, shower with a bath in the ensuite and a shower with a toilet in the main. Good sized 2nd room and even better sized main room. Furnished with updated furniture and has good speed internet, located on the 2nd floor with no elevator but stairs are huge sized. the flat flushes easy and has zero hints of stale smell, the tiles are shiny like the pics.Extremely, supremely reliable host, specially that she wasnt physically in joburg at the time. tv has all standard apps preloaded. Most bolts and ubers know the area due to Blue hills mall. Very quiet and safe estate and area in general 8/10. Will be returning 100%

5 Stars – A Wonderful Experience! I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Patient Victor’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was clean, well-prepared, and exactly as described. The space was cozy, beautifully furnished, and felt like a true home away from home. The host was friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. I especially appreciated the little thoughtful touches that made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay. Simon's house provided an exceptional stay. The spacious interior and comfortable beds made for a restful sleep, while the seamless indoor-outdoor living experience, the ingenious manifold doors, allowed for delightful moments watching golfers pass by in the garden with a glass of wine in hand. The estate's easy accessibility and sense of security made exploring the scenic walks around the area a joy, especially the dam where boats gently went by. Inside the house, every amenity was available to whip up meals, and the lounge area with its oversized sofas and large Smart TV was perfect for unwinding. Throughout our stay, Simon proved to be an attentive host, responding promptly to any inquiries and ensuring our comfort and satisfaction. His flexibility and attention to detail were perfect, making our experience memorable. In summary, Simon's house is a gem of a getaway, offering not just a comfortable stay but also a warm hospitality that exceed expectations.

The house has the best location in all of Peacanwood in my opinion - right on the green and uninterrupted views of the water ! We were greeted with the most thoughtful welcome basket with some key basics needed for our stay! We could watch the sun rise while we sipped coffee on the patio. There was more than enough space for our family of 8 and we took beautiful walks around the estate. Everything felt super safe and we had a really great and tranquil weekend!

As a family of three, we absolutely loved staying here. It was so spacious and has everything you need, so we were very comfortable and enjoyed our 10 day stay. Mokaba is a great host, and was immediately responsive to all our requests. The area is quiet and safe, and there are nearby shops and parks in walking distance. Would absolutely stay again!

Mpho's place was a great find for our trip. The location was beautiful, peaceful and accommodated our getaway. Mpho is an amazing communicator and went extra mile in ensuring that our stay was enjoyable. I would definitely recommend it.
