We absolutely loved our stay here! Riaan and Malia were so hospitable and always responsive when we reached out to them. They even greeted us when we first arrived and gave us fresh baked bread. The outdoor area is very nice and fun for children to play. The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of supplies to cook/bake. The house is very safe and secure and just as shown in the pictures. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

We loved our stay with Lesley, was very close to KEP where we attended a riding event. Lesley was super helpful and even when our dates changed short notice she was very accommodating. Good quality bedding and towels, bath products, good internet, and all basics like, coffee, tea and welcome wine was provided. We really enjoyed our stay, especially at night it was so peaceful and quiet, even though there is lots of dogs around they didn’t bother or bark unnecessarily. We loved the setting, felt like we were somewhere on a farm, very peaceful. Lesley was around and always quick to respond to any requests. Solar power made sure we were not affected by power outages. We will definitely be back!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt at home right away. The gardens are stunning, and the pool is absolutely lovely! Our unit was spacious, exceptionally comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped to meet anyspecific need. There was even needle and thread which I was very grateful. The bed and bedding were the most comfortable and luxurious we’ve experienced in any accommodation. Our private outdoor seating area, adorned with beautiful flower pots, added to the charm. Breakfast was delicious, complemented by a stunning view of the garden and lively birdlife. The staff were incredibly helpful and genuinely friendly. I can highly recommend Liz and her staff!

We had an excellent stay. Our kids moved to Joburg and we needed an comfortable place to stay to help them move in. We were able to come and go, prepare something to eat for all of us, feel safe etc etc. You will find all you need at this listing, whether you visit for work, vacation or passing through. We will definately be back if we come to Joburg again. Margie and Leon were friendly, helpful and made this a pleasant stay!

I needed to go and do biometrics for a visa application and I found Joret's place to be close by. When I got confused with directions because of the closed road, Joret was very responsive when I called and she guided me on how to get to the guesthouse. Someone was there to open for me and lead me to my room. I liked that I had a kitchen area and bathroom to myself! The room was very clean and the area was quiet so I got peaceful rest after my bus ride from Botswana. The next morning at check-out I got to meet Joret. She was very friendly and so accommodating. When she heard I was taking the bus to go back home, she offered me to take a book from her library to read on my journey. This was such a nice gesture and I can say that I thoroughly enjoyed my book. This was such a great place with a great and lovely host, I would definitely go back again!

My parent's stay at The Oakes was absolute the best. We did not leave the area, purely because we wanted a relaxing weekend away. We didn’t want to drive far, and was happily surprised by the beauty surrounding us just outside of the city. KVEV was exactly what we wanted. Perfectly clean with everything that we needed, private, and a fantastic spa treatment. Nomkhosi ensured that we had everything that we needed, and checked in with a message every morning and evening. She ensured that she met us personally to run through the amenities of the house. I will definitely recommend this little piece of paradise for anybody that needs that relaxing and quiet weekend away. Thank you for making this so special! A memory made that will never be forgotten.

A beautiful find in the middle of Linden, very close to a lot ammenties and restaurants. Very much enjoyed my stay, Agnes and Francois were wonderful hosts, recommend staying at their beautiful home 100%. A gem of a Airbnb. They catered to some last minute changes I had with no issue and were very understanding. If you're looking for safe, very accomdating place for you and a couple of people.. definitely consider giving their place a try!

Our stay was fantastic from prior communications to the team at the property who assisted us for the stay. We also had a last minute change of plan that Rodney fully accommodated for us without fuss which was a huge help to us. The house and amenities were fantastic and it is a small oasis and was exactly what we needed for a family gathering and great accommodation. Five stars also to Maria who was an absolute star and was like part of the family within the three days of our visit. All in all a perfect Johannesburg interlude for us and big thank you to Rodney and Maria for making it a memorable time for us all.

Sipho is a great host as always. Easy to communicate with and he answers any question you have to the best of his knowledge.

We had a great weekend break at Dinaledi.. A real home away from home experience. Thank you to Teko and Peter for having us over and for the very warm welcome we received. My kids were very happy with the space that you have and might I say that you have exquisite taste.. We will definitely be going back in the warmer months - warmbaths is within walking distance and very safe to walk. Overall 10/10!

My family and I had a great stay at Jacques’ place. The house is large and has a great backyard area for barbecuing. Most importantly it is a secure estate. I highly recommend.

A comfortable bedroom is highlighted by a queen size bed with decorative pillows and soft bedding. Sliding doors provide access to a private deck, featuring a small table and chairs. Table lamps on either side of the bed add gentle illumination, creating a relaxing atmosphere.

Very well designed space with privacy and comfort. Easy to find very secure and convenient for northern parts of joburg. Furniture and linen are top quality and space is small but well designed. Definitely good value.

We enjoyed our stay at Nik's apartment. The location was great and very secure a few meters from a small mall. The location was very calm a very chilled area of Sandton.
