Vacation rentals with a patio in Boituva

My stay at this Airbnb was perfect! From the moment I arrived, which I even want to thank, express as a differential, be able to check in at dawn, showing empathy in meeting my needs. The space is even more beautiful than in the photos, very cozy, extremely clean, perfumed and impeccable, very well decorated with great good taste. Every detail seemed to have been thought in order to provide the best experience possible. The location with easy access to everything I needed, in addition, communication with host was excellent , always available, friendly and helpful, ensuring my stay was quiet and special. It was definitely a memorable experience, and no doubt I will return whenever I have the opportunity and I will be able to recommend it to my family and friends and closed eyes.

the location is approximately 10 minutes from animalia Park by car. we went with 2 minor children and I advise parents who have children to remove items that are breakable in order not to damage anything from the space,as it is a Visual Pollution. in a mini room has 4 unnecessary glass tables that take up space and making it impossible to get around,as it is impossible not to get hurt. i had problems with the kitchen, it does not have main items such as pots, pressure pots or containers for storing food. my wife had to cook in 1 MILK the children's soup. Silvia has been communicated and she is the manager of the space,the owners should have more insight into her accommodation. i suggest asking Silvia if the kitchen in this space is *FUNCTIONAL* because the kitchen is the heart of a house for those who have FOOD RESTRICTIONS. **are constructive observations!! For those who will host with children. Silvia obgdo✅️

The apartment is very beautiful, clean and organized. Marcela is super attentive and communicative. The only point that was not very good was the mattress was a little sunken. Other than that, super recommended!!

Marcos was extremely cordial, flexible at both check-in and check-out. The guidelines were clear and the communication was always very cordial! The apartment matches the listing, everything was very clean and organized.

The house is beautiful, spacious, with a wonderful view! We loved the pool and had a super special weekend. The hostess was attentive and gave the exact information. One point of attention is the kitchen, which although described as well equipped, ended up being somewhat limited to a group of 6 people — we miss enough cups, cups and utensils, especially considering that the ad accommodates up to 10 people. We also found check-in at 5pm a little late (although the check-out was also at 5pm), so it's worth scheduling with that. In general, the stay was very good and we love the atmosphere and tranquility of the place!

Martha was very receptive! The house needs some improvements, such as good fumigation because of the spiders and insects, which are abundant. the wonderful pool! It also needs to improve basic utensils, such as a microwave and other basic improvements. but with all this, our family reunion was wonderful :)

Rubens was an excellent host. He gave tips on several things to do in the area. The house is indescribable, very good, the stay was quick, I would come back more often.

Our stay at Mari's was great. We were very well received by her and her husband right from the start, who showed us everything and gave us instructions and tips. The accommodation was delicious, the place is super quiet and very good. We'll be back more often.

Cissa was super receptive and welcomed us very well. City Council gave us good instructions and helped us with some requests, as well as leaving us 100% at ease. The fact of living on the floor above gave us security, mainly because it was not a gated community. The pool area and the garden are the maximum point, really very tasty to stay and relax, in addition to being very well taken care of, which left us calm to release our pets. The suite is very simple but functional (the air-conditioning is good, and has a projector instead of a TV). Well-equipped and spacious kitchen. We recommend!

The house is really delicious. The indoor pool and whirlpool make the house a unique place. Marcelo was super helpful and attentive. We are looking forward to coming back.

The property is well located, near the Iguatemi mall and with several dining options and supermarkets (Tauste, Carrefour). Parking included, very easy to use. Well-equipped apartment with a large smart TV and well-equipped kitchen, including a washer and dryer. I highly recommend the space.

We stayed with my boyfriend and I in Dona Maria Lúcia's apartment Because it was the first time using airbnb, I was a little afraid, but the experience couldn't have been better. Clean and very well located place, spacious and super comfortable suite, and of course a great host. Maria Lúcia was very polite, friendly and gave us great tips to make better use of the city, and Loren is also a sweetheart. Breakfast (which is charged aside) does not lose to any hotel not, very good and quality food. And the city is beautiful too, be sure to visit São Roque, the experience is very good.

I am total blind and the welleson was very accessible and inclusive. He was very receptive, he tried to make the rooms ready to use and I felt very comfortable with him. Although the condominium has stairs, all the staff helped me in everything I needed, including the welleson. I recommend it.
