Everything was very good, it was well equipped and the building was quiet. There is a market and bakery nearby, and the host was super friendly.

Quiet place, building with 3 apartments, we had no unforeseen events. There is no closed parking lot, but in front of the building there are 3 spaces available, we had no problems. I recommend it.

Well organized, clean and well equipped space. I stayed only two nights, but for a longer stay the property is perfect. Parking in the condominium helps a lot and the proximity to the mall encourages you to walk.

I went to the city to take a course and it was my first Airbnb rental, I stayed very little time in the apartment, but my wife stayed the whole time and loved the condominium, what it provides and Fran's studio, which was very clean and organized when we arrived… She was very kind and attentive to answer questions, I have a course in January and I will stay there again, without even looking for another place 😅🙏🏽✅

I would like to thank all the care from the beginning and to the end. The villa is the most beautiful and mega cozy thing, it was all very well used, good recipes were made in the kitchen, we relaxed a lot and was undoubtedly the best choice for the moment.
