The studio is located in Béduer, 9 km from Figeac. It is an independent accommodation in the heart of an old farmhouse. In addition to the double bed, it is equipped with a shower, toilet, table with 2 chairs, sink and kitchenette (with small fridge, induction stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and basic ingredients). A small terrace, shaded in the evening, with a table and chairs is located in front of the front door. 4G access possible. Electricity at extra cost from October to April.

I built my wooden house entirely and finished it in early 2024. I offer it for rent during the high summer season but also during the other 3 seasons which each offer their advantages. The creation of the sauna with its wood stove is to be able to enjoy the swimming pool in all seasons. (paid option) The swimming pool is not overlooked and offers a beautiful view of the valley and its natural landscape. This valley is also home to the village of Conques and its magnificent abbey church.

In summer, you will appreciate the small terrace with its plancha as well as the air conditioning. The accommodation is composed of a living room with an equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, glass cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge + freezer, dishes...), TV and WIFI, as well as a large bedroom with a queen-size bed, a separate toilet and a VERY SMALL shower room.

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. The CHÂTEAU de L'ORT, a village house built in 1869, renovated in 1994, refreshed in 2024, is partly what used to be the small shopping center of Albres. Today our small castle (which is not one, you will have understood it correctly) is highlighted by a small MODERN "shopping center" (village grocery store, bar-restaurant, bread deposit, cash dispenser...) run by exceptional people.
