Home sweet home ist unser Motto! Verbringen Sie Ihre Urlaubstage in unserem Ferienhaus, das in einer idyllischen Gegend mitten im Ort Schrattenbach liegt. Durch die getrennt liegenden Schlafzimmer und Bäder ist das Haus auch ideal für berufliche Aufenthalte geeignet. Es hat einen separaten Eingang und Stellplatz, so dass kein direkter Kontakt notwendig ist. Das Haus wurde 2020 mit viel Liebe zum Detail renoviert und ist nur wenige Gehminuten von einer Bäckerei und einem Restaurant entfernt.

Bergmarie – Your exclusive mountain-view home

The Bergmarie, first mentioned in 1394, was completely renovated in 2024 and combines Allgäu tradition with modern comfort. The apartment "Löwenzahn" offers 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), a bathroom with shower/toilet, living-dining area with sofa, TV and equipped kitchen. Direct access to the terrace with open mountain views. The Bergmarie stands for aesthetics, comfort and a feeling of home – a place where tradition remains alive and modern lightness moves in.

Greetings and welcome to the energy village of Wildpoldsried in the beautiful Allgäu. Our newly renovated, modern 70 sqm attic apartment (room height mostly 2.10 m) has two bedrooms, a small bathroom with shower tub and washing machine as well as a new, well-equipped kitchen. The heart of the apartment is the large living/dining area, and the absolute highlight is the almost 40 square meter roof terrace with a grill. Free Wi-Fi and parking are a matter of course.

Our vacation home is a spacious, light-flooded, detached architectural house with a large roof terrace and a purist garden on a hillside. The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open-space kitchen. For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with PV system, battery storage and air heat pump.

This quiet place, which used to be a farm, is perfect for families/groups. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a detached house. The apartment is about 100 m² and offers 6+2 sleeping places. The house is free-standing, surrounded by fields and meadows. The nearest town is about 2 km away. Here you will find a bakery, butcher as well as a restaurant with good German cuisine. A direct connection to the highway (A7) is about 3 km away.
