Small cozy cottage 60 m2, about 200 m from the beach in the lovely Faldsled area, short distance to Svanninge Bakker and Faaborg city. There is a lovely view from the living room and terrace over the meadow and a glimpse of the water. The house is bright and nice, contains kitchen, living room, small toilet with shower, 1 small bedroom with double box mattress (160x200), narrow staircase up to loft with double mattress and small room with 2 beds (80x190) for children. Fireplace wood stove. Nice terrace, there is a grill, sun loungers and garden furniture.

From October-April, the house is intended for 4 people as the 2 beds are in the unheated annex. Genuine holiday fun. 200 meters to child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing, including trout and mackerel. the price is excl. linen, cloths, dish towels, towels. This can be purchased for 75,- (10 euros) extra / person. Slap af med hele familien i denne fredfyldte bolig i det centrale Bogense Her er der indenfor en radius af 1 km adgang til børnevenlig strand, søbad, havnemiljø, golfbane og meget mere. I løbet af en time kan man bl.a. komme til Legoland, og Givskud Zoo. Haven er lukket og et dejligt åndehul. Der kan tændes op i bålstedet og man kan nyde et køligt glas i det hyggelige væksthus. Obs. Der er trapper i boligen derfor ikke handikap venlig. Forældre må selv vurdere ift. mindre børn
