My place is close to the village (1.5 km), perfect for couples and families with 2 or 3 kids or with 5 adult friends. On a 2000 m² fully enclosed plot with gate and flower gardens. Carefully renovated and rated 3 Stars. WIFI ACCESS SWIMMING POOL heated from May to September 1 hour from the gorges of the Ardèche or Vercors. Wine Route, Cote du Rhône, Châteaux de la Drome, city of Nyons, Nougats de Montélimar, Provencal landscapes, roads lined with lavender and olive trees.

Beautiful house located at the top of a hill with a great view. All amenities are there, the living spaces are very pleasant. Wood-burning stove, pool table, board games etc. Very exotic and relaxing setting for a stay with family or friends. The rooms are independent and all quiet. Carole and Jean-Marie are very welcoming.

A unique, peaceful place with a beautiful view of the mountains. This cottage and garden have an amazing atmosphere, you feel like a grandmother in the country. Comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, cool decor, grill, and outdoor loungers. We rested very much for the 8 nights we spent here, until it was sad to leave. Our female dog was able to run around the private backyard and played with the owners' dog. We recommend to everyone👌

The listing advertised a real slice of heaven and that's really what we found when we arrived Nestled in nature, this little house is ideal for a quiet holiday and for nature lovers A beautiful pool where you don't meet a lot of people . Neighbors have always been discreet and very friendly We enjoyed everything that the region offered both in terms of food and festive (guinguette evenings or concerts in all the small villages nearby ) We take in the view in terms of the landscapes of the drome . We had a great time at Bel's place. The house is nice and we enjoyed the terrace. Our hosts recommended several activities and walks and explained the way to visit the caves of the Jaubernie, a site that we really enjoyed discovering. The hosts are very kind, welcoming and responsive.

beautiful house, neat decoration with lots of small details especially in the bedrooms, very well equipped like the summer kitchen (dishwasher, coffee maker, bbq, fridge, microwave, dishes) Beautiful pool with small pools, the beds next to the pool are very pleasant. lots of possibilities for activities a few kilometers away (Cave de Tain, tours, Valrhona, Tain restaurants) point of attention: one or two steps to access each room so to take into account if you have difficulty walking but I highly recommend

Listing as described. Large lot and pool. There are many great villages nearby and lots of great hikes to do. This is a really beautiful area that I would recommend. We left with a 6 month old baby and it was perfect. Small inconvenience with mosquitoes but we are in the south, you have to do with it.

The apartment is well designed and very nice. It is very well located just off the square next to church. It is just a couple of hundred meters from the centre of Saint-Agrève and its Main Street so close to shops. However, away from the main road and it is very quiet. It has an outdoor terrace space with a table and chairs where you can sit and eat meals and also hang clothes out to dry. Martine is a wonderful host, very friendly, engaging and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay there and would not hesitate to stay at her apartment again.
