We really enjoyed our time here and extended for an extra night. Majestic views of tomales bay/dillon beach from all rooms/deck and 5 min drive down hill to dillon beach which is dog friendly. The dogs had a blast splashing around in the natural tide pools at low tide.

Jason’s place is even better than described, Sea Ranch is a serene beautiful environment and the home blends right into it. Inside feels like a true home with all the amenities, high quality finishes and attention to detail throughout. The views are even better you can see the ocean from almost every room in the house, the sunsets are incredible. The kitchen is well stocked with seasonings we cooked dinner all 4 nights of our stay. The cedar hot tub was perfect and the stars at night were amazing. It’s just 5 minutes to the lodge if you want to grab a bite to eat for breakfast, or 10 minutes to Gualala if you need to grab something from the store. You can walk right from the house along the ocean and to smugglers. Don’t miss an opportunity to stay here for the best Sea Ranch experience

The Sea Ranch is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. There is so much light in the house and the windows are huge and looks out into a field where we saw fox, deer, and birds pass by the house. Barbara was also very proactive and responsive. The air bnb comes with passes that give you access to the pool and tennis court, which are really nice. We had a wonderful time!

Megan’s place is a beautiful cottage surrounded by a vineyard with so much attention to details. There is a large bocce ball court with fruit trees around it, a good hot tub, and a genuinely warm space. Our family of 5 felt really comfortable and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We highly recommend!!

My husband and I wanted a quiet place surrounded by nature to celebrate our wedding anniversary. This place was amazing! It was magical to enjoy our meals at one of the decks among the redwoods, and so cozy and peaceful wherever we looked at. We live less than an hour away from the Treehouse and are familiar with the area, but we felt we were far away from home. We will most definitely come back. We highly recommend this place!

I was honestly shocked at how nice this place was. It’s so peaceful and quiet, the back space with the hot tub is private with lots of sunshine, and the house was stocked with everything we could need. It’s not too long of a walk to town. Sean was very friendly and made sure we were taken care of. Highly recommend for a weekend couples getaway.

Richard, Yuka and Frou Frou were wonderful hosts. I would stay with them again.

I almost don't want to tell you how good this place is, so we can rent it again sometime. :-) But it's that good. We visited over spring break with our daughters, eight and 11, and had one of the most amazing stays we've ever had at an Airbnb. The home, the land, the pool, and the local area are all 100% amazing. And the sunsets. You know how you sometimes stay at Airbnb's where you feel like the hosts did the bare minimum to qualify to list it? This is *not* that place. There is everything you need and more. One of our best ABnB experiences. The unit is detached from the main house and the property is surrounded by redwoods. We felt like we were in our own private cabin off in some distant woods but were only a few minutes drive from the ocean, beaches and walking trails of The Sea Ranch property. The apartment kitchen was well equipped for cooking simple meals, the bedroom room had plenty of room to hang/store your clothes. The bathroom had a heated tile floor, a bidet and heated toilet and very spacious shower(no tub) with good water pressure. Note there is no seat in the shower and to access you must step over about a 4” rim. The king size bed provides nice firm support. If you need 24/7 reliable cellphone service, this is probably not the best unit for you. It may have been our provider(Tello) but the majority of the time we had a very weak or no signal even with WiFi turned on. Lastly, Robert and Jill were great hosts!

What a great find! The home was so cozy. Well equipped and decorated with attention to detail. The location was great. Nice quiet neighborhood. The backyard is a perfect paradise and my family of 6 were so happy to spend time just chilling in that beautiful fruit tree lined backyard. Highly recommend!!

Matthew’s home exceeded expectations and was incredibly cozy, private, spacious, clean, and spa-like. It was luxurious! It was very pet-friendly, I brought my Labrador with me and he loved lounging on the deck. The weather subsided (though I love the rain) all day Friday to allow for an entire day outdoors! The hot tub was clean and instructions were easy to follow. I loved that Matthew included local recommended spots to check out— I went to Russian River Brewing and Pacific Markets— both great spots with ample walking areas. The home decor is unique and has such character and charm without feeling like you’re stepping into “Magnolia Farms”— so far from it! There are beautiful works of art, antiques, classic and contemporary books; it’s lovely. Matthew is a responsive and kind, generous host. I found my stay tranquil and will be staying again as well as recommending to others! Matthew, thank you for providing a wonderful space for others to enjoy! All my best! Kaitlin & Buddy.

Melodie truly goes above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. She thought of things like Contact Lens Solution! This was the first time i’ve ever seen that in a care kit. I also can’t speak more to kindness as when she allowed me to stay an extra hour because I was having a hard time parting ways with this new found peace and comfort. Then I added a second hour and simply felt like extended family at that point. The heated saltwater pool under the blue sky surrounded by chirping birds and nature was extremely soothing to my spirit. I shall return.

One of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed in. Anastassia's place was perfect for our quick weekend getaway from SF with our 8 month old in tow. The house was comfortable and clean, beautifully redone and designed. Anastassia was super responsive and accommodating and put us in touch with a babysitter in the area. Will definitely be returning.

We were in town for a family wedding. Dave's house was just beautiful! Very private with beautiful grounds! We were fortunate enough to have great weather and were able to take advantage of the pool, which was lovely. The bathrooms were all beautifully redone. The beds were HEAVENLY! We were unable to take advantage of the many recommendations because we had family obligations, but they were plentiful! The location of the house is just perfect... less than 2 miles into the center of Sebastopol and less than 30 mins to some great excursions! Would absolutely stay here again!

There was no one around during our stay. Had deer in the backyard along with a little fox friend. Very relaxing and much needed break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Would definitely recommend.

Surrounded by redwoods, with a view of the river, which is a 5 minute walk away. Chad's place is the spot to stay, especially if you're floating on the Russian River. It's close to everything, yet in a forest. You'll enjoy the stay.

We loved the property and its proximity to the water and two large beaches. The house itself is thoughtfully decorated and has the furnishings and supplies just like it would if someone actually lived there rather than the typical Airbnb “shell” that only has the bare necessities (or less). We did have an unfortunate complication that occurred when we arrived. Things happen, but what matters more than anything is how a host handles an unexpected event. Jay was kind, understanding, and empathetic and did everything needed to make things right. We will absolutely be back.

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay at Dennis and Dan’s amazing cottage! The view was amazing and the beach less than a 5 mins walk away. We walked down to the beach for long walks with our dogs twice daily, they had a ball! It’s wonderful to be able to let your dogs run off leash on a beach, there are so few places in CA that you can. We had planned on venturing out but found ourselves glued to the deck people watching, listening to the waves and chilling out. The cottage was immaculate! We’ve never stayed in a place that is so well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The hosts have literally thought of everything! We couldn’t leave without first booking for next year.

My second great stay at the Black Sheep! Very relaxing spot that’s close to everything I like to do in Sonoma County.

We have stayed at Nathan’s cottage several times and each time is absolutely incredible! The cottage is so comfortable and beautifully decorated, the surroundings are stunning, and Nathan is so wonderful to communicate with. You just feel surrounded by the nature and beauty of the area. We spent so much time being outside on the lovely deck just soaking up the ambience of the outdoors. It’s such a treat to visit time after time.

We had the most wonderful stay at Peter’s cabin. The location was serene and surrounded by breathtaking views, making it the perfect getaway. The cabin itself was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was how dog-friendly the property was! Our dogs absolutely loved exploring the outdoor space. It’s not always easy to find places that welcome pets, and this cabin truly went above and beyond. Thank you for providing such a peaceful and welcoming retreat. We can’t wait to come back!
