The cottage is located in Surf Beach, NSW, which is 10 minutes from Bateman's Bay and is two minutes walk to Wimbie Beach. This beach is tranquil with small waves great for kids, supping, kayaking and snorkelling around the rocks. A short 10 min drive to Bateman's Bay. But you could put the car away with coffee shops, restaurants, supermarket and bottle shop all within an easy walk (10 minutes) within Surf Beach. Unfortunately, the house is not available to schoolies groups and noise restrictions are in place after 10:00pm

You’ll love our place because of the location right on the creek with birds and water fun just seconds away. The split level design and high ceilings creates a cosy and yet spacious feeling. Our house is good for couples, families (with kids), and those travelling with their pets with a fully enclosed back yard.

Stephanie was super helpful with clear communication upon arrival and departure. We felt right at home in a very well resourced home, from the kitchen to games for the kids. Make sure you sit out in the balcony for the stunning views of the ocean! The house is well located right near Rennie’s beach and walking distance to shops. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Loved the place, it has every thing to feel at home! Little extras (some food/drinks/chocolate, bathroom products, games) were a warm lovely touch. They were great communicators and helped us with small tv challenges. I found the main bed too soft, otherwise we greatly enjoy our stay with our 2 children!

David, Chelsea, and Babette are fantastic hosts—always quick to respond, helpful, and friendly. We stayed there with seven people (two families) and one dog, and the experience was wonderful. The rooms were clean and spacious, the BBQ facility was great, and the kitchen was large and well-equipped. We especially enjoyed having breakfast in the beautiful, spacious yard.

We absolutely loved our stay at this little apartment by the beach! The views were absolutely amazing, and there were beautiful beaches just a short walk away. We brought our Golden Retriever, Sonny, and it was so easy to get to a great dog beach nearby—which he loved! Bronwyn was such a friendly and welcoming host. She had lots of helpful suggestions for places to visit and eat, and Sonny absolutely adored her too. The accommodation was lovely—comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. It was the perfect weekend getaway, and we can’t wait to come back.

Had a fantastic stay at Napper farm house. The house itself is beautifully presented and has been thoughtfully updated with all the Modern fixtures. the surrounding grounds are gorgeous, with vistas across the rolling green hills looking back towards Milton. The property also has some beautiful, friendly horses and a sweet little farm cat. Location is great, short distances to both Milton and our favourite beaches including Washerwomans beach in Bendelong and Manyana. The owner Monique was very responsive and a real pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend this little gem, we will be back!

We had a great long weekend at Chris’s place. It is a large apartment, nicely decorated and we felt very comfortable there. Parking was easy and Chris provided clear instructions on how to access the apartment. The apartment has a nice view of the bay and is across the street from a huge playground and kid friendly beach. Supermarket, bottle shop, pharmacy, newsagent, coffee shop, fish and chip shop ect are all maybe 2 minutes walk down the road. We found this location very convenient. There is a pool at the apartment complex, however we didn’t use it as the beach was so close. We would definitely return!

This is an absolute hidden gem. We were stranded after a problem with our original accommodation and the agent of this apartment found us somewhere to stay at the very last minute. It exceeded all of our expectations and became our favourite place of the whole holiday. The building is fabulous - vaulted ceiling, amazing view of the lake which is just spectacular. Huge living and kitchen space, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs and a whole self contained room downstairs with sofa, 2 beds, bathroom and tv. BBQ and fire pit with garden furniture to enjoy the view on the balcony. The area is gorgeous, quiet and 6 mins drive to the most stunning beach (just over the sand dunes next to the lake). It is absolutely pristine white sand with a little island. We felt so lucky to have come across it. We could have spent our whole holiday there, and I can’t thank them enough for being so patient and accommodating in our hour of need. Would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Rosemary’s place was well-located, right on the beach. We woke up to beautiful views each morning! She was also very flexible with check-in and check-out times which made for an even more relaxing stay. The laundry came in handy after a day at the beach, and our dog absolutely enjoyed her stay too. While linen is provided at an extra fee, the provided pillows and bed were comfortable. We have enjoyed our stay and would love to come back in future.
