Abbey's place was wonderful! Clean, modern, spacious, beautifully equipped kitchen, washing, bathrooms, TV and living, were all outstanding. Right off the main road so super convenient and easy to find, easy walk to waterfront. Great BBQ and rear terrace area, good internet-enabled TV. Bedrooms are spacious and bright, beds are all clean and comfy. We had four couples plus a pet, and there was plenty of room as well as privacy for everyone. Kitchen is beautiful and well equipped, as is the washing facilities. When I say this is the best AirBnB I've ever stayed in, that is unqualified, hands-down, best. I don't say "considering the location" or "considering the age of the building" or "considering the price". Any style, any location, any price, this is the best I ever stayed in!

We absolutely loved our stay at this little apartment by the beach! The views were absolutely amazing, and there were beautiful beaches just a short walk away. We brought our Golden Retriever, Sonny, and it was so easy to get to a great dog beach nearby—which he loved! Bronwyn was such a friendly and welcoming host. She had lots of helpful suggestions for places to visit and eat, and Sonny absolutely adored her too. The accommodation was lovely—comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. It was the perfect weekend getaway, and we can’t wait to come back.

A really nice place to stay with our 2 dogs. Everything was as described. Backing on to the creek was nice. Easy walking distance to the beach. The backyard was very private and ideal being enclosed for the dogs. The house had everything you could want. Well supplied kitchen with plenty cooking utensils.Overall very enjoyable, would like to come back again later in the year.

I had a lovely stay at Sam’s property. The house was gorgeous, beautifully decorated and location is gorgeous. The place had everything you need and more. The cupboards were well stocked with staples in case you forgot anything and the bottle of bubbles and Easter eggs on arrival were a lovely touch. Probably the best equipped airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. The location is steps from the beach and there are cute little kangaroos that gather on the grass across from the house in the mornings and evenings. I would definitely stay again! Only one very minor thing I didn’t love is that there aren’t any blinds at the property (only sheer curtains in the ground floor bedrooms), so if you aren’t an early riser or like your privacy at night it feels very bright and open. Also worth noting the closest shop is a 10min drive away, so do a grocery shop before if you are arriving at night. But I still very much enjoyed my stay and will be recommending to my friends.

We were lucky enough to spend Xmas at Jenny’s. She was so thoughtful and had put out a tree and decorations which the kids loved! Location was awesome. View was beautiful and the house is so well stocked with everything you could need. We will definitely be back!

Another fantastic stay at Sunset Dreaming! A really lovely house, with everything for a relaxed weekend by the beach. The beds and couches are all very comfy, the bathroom and kitchen pristine and well laid-out. The location is really unbeatable, with wonderful views over Manyana Beach, toward Green Island. A real gem of a place! Brett and Renee are wonderful hosts: helpful and friendly every step of the way! Thanks for a great stay!

I spent a week here with my daughter, son in law and their two children. The house worked well for us with easy access to the beach, walks, coffees, exploring and shops for those forgotten items. It is a very nice part of the South Coast. The house has excellent views of the beach and has the added bonus of no roads to cross. The house is open, very functional and has plenty of space in the kitchen for grocery items. The bathrooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay here and found the host, Stevie, was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Stephanie was super helpful with clear communication upon arrival and departure. We felt right at home in a very well resourced home, from the kitchen to games for the kids. Make sure you sit out in the balcony for the stunning views of the ocean! The house is well located right near Rennie’s beach and walking distance to shops. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Our 2 night stay was peaceful and made more enjoyable because of the comfortable, homely surroundings. There was all that we needed, and more for a great stay. This a lovely small studio apartment, modern, clean and well set out and with a spectacular view along Rosedale beach. It has all amenities including a smart tv and excellent wi-fi.. I would offer just a few comments: 1. Unavoidably there is a lot of building work and trucks etc there during business hours as North Rosedale is being re-built. 2. The driveway is steep and a little difficult to navigate. 3. The electronic lock was a bit temperamental

Had a fantastic stay at Napper farm house. The house itself is beautifully presented and has been thoughtfully updated with all the Modern fixtures. the surrounding grounds are gorgeous, with vistas across the rolling green hills looking back towards Milton. The property also has some beautiful, friendly horses and a sweet little farm cat. Location is great, short distances to both Milton and our favourite beaches including Washerwomans beach in Bendelong and Manyana. The owner Monique was very responsive and a real pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend this little gem, we will be back!

Manyana is such a nice spot and Gabrielle's place was perfect for a getaway with the family. Balcony upstairs is great for a big feast and there's a good area downstairs for the kids to hangout. Really nice place to spend some quality time unwinding.

Little patch of heaven! We had a fabulous time at Lyn’s, everything was provided to an extremely generous level. The spot is amazing with gorgeous views & such easy access to multiple beaches (including a dog friendly off leash) & walking tracks. The house is comfortable & cosy & the deck is definitely the spot to spend many an hour, especially with the welcome bottle of wine waiting for us. We took our 3 mini dachshunds who were safe in a large fenced yard. They now know the word beach and get very excited when they hear it. How wonderful to be able to have them with us without any stress or concerns. Thank you Lyn, we really appreciate your kindness & will definitely be return visitors. 💕🌸

Had a fantastic time! Accommodation was excellent, perfect for families. Beach across the road was safe, not too rough and a nice spot to sit in the shade and enjoy the ocean! Great for kids and easy driving distance to local shops and other amenities in the area. Very quiet street.
