We loved staying at Susanne's place! The home is quite big and spacious with high ceilings. The location is excellent and walkable to everywhere in Zona Colonial. The kitchen was well equipped. We appreciated the many fans around the house because it was super hot in DR! The A/Cs in the bedroom were excellent and they do get nice and chilly (always remember to keep all doors and windows closed). The washer/dryer were wonderful to have (although be a little careful as it is right next to the beautiful pool). Susanne was helpful and always ready to help (e.g. offering to bring additional equipment when the wifi wasn't strong in the dining room area). It was also a nice touch to have cleaning service stop by one day. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. We also felt very safe. A little noise on some nights from next door music but nothing too bad. Bathrooms were spacious (hot water always came back even when shower was running for a little while). Highly recommend! Beautiful home!

Everything exceptional. The villa is beautiful with everything you might need. Everything is very clean, the decoration is exquisite, beautiful surroundings, friendly employees. Amaury, as co-host, was attentive to every last detail, the Excellent communication. Marleny as a host is understanding, friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this place 100%.

The accommodation is excellent, it was very comfortable and well-equipped. 10/10 the pool jacuzzi. Robinson was always attentive, responsive and friendly. I definitely recommend this place and would definitely come back.

Kelvin's place was great. Close to everything. Quick walk to the beach. Accommodation was excellent. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Jacuzzi worked well and we felt very secure. We will be back.

This was hands down one of the nicest Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at. The location was private, secure, and had 24/7 armed security, which made me feel completely safe the entire time. Private access to the beach was a major bonus. The balcony views — and honestly the views from any point in the unit — were absolutely breathtaking. Out of all the Airbnbs I’ve booked, this one stands out as truly special. Worth every penny. I highly recommend booking it if you see it available — you won’t regret it. Can’t wait to come back!

Everything excellent.

I’ve been around a bit. No, that’s too modest. I’ve been around a lot. Harold’s Penthouse (my personal name for it) is among the best. Very spacious, lots of lot and all the amenities. You can tell when someone puts love in a place. I can live in a cave (I wouldn’t give a cave a great review), so I am good with sleeping in a dry spot. With that, what’s important to me is how my guests faired. They loved it. I did too. If you plan a trip to Boca Chica, step out a bit farther to Dolio. You will not be disappointed. Thanks Harold for the use. And thank you Israel (on site man). He was veeeeery thorough with the explanations of the where and when. Check it out if you plan to stay in the area. The area is very quiet and safe, perfect for resting, and just minutes from the beach. The apartment is fully equipped and has everything you need to feel at home. We sincerely appreciate Manuel Emilio's attentiveness, always friendly and attentive to every detail. We would definitely go back!

This accommodation is beautiful, it has a privileged location, it is very large and comfortable, the pool is a dream and the beach is beautiful although it has a few stones when entering

Great location in the center of the city- walking distance to restaurants and supermarket. Secure location- guarded entrance, private parking and front desk receptionist. Friendly and welcoming staff.

This listing is amazing. I loved every minute spent there. The parking was secure and easy to find, the rooms were stunning, and the kitchen had everything needed in order to cook. Its very cozy and perfect for sleeping in. Everyone was very responsive and there for me when I needed something. I loved the location as well, close to Boca Chica and close to the airport. The supermarket is also very close by as well.
