Beautiful romantic place. If you're looking for something in the woods, by the water, this is absolutely perfect. The house is really big, comfortable, well-equipped. Everything was perfectly clean and tidy. BBQ grill ready on the deck, overlooking the water from the bedrooms. Very helpful host. We loved it here and would definitely recommend.

Fantastically beautifully refurbished old house in a quiet place. Beautiful surroundings for hiking, or just relaxing. The accommodation itself offers great opportunities to keep busy (darts or badminton in the garden, music room, beautiful balcony, terrace, barbecue, and much more). There were four of us and there was more than enough room. Even six people could easily stay here. The bathroom is modern and large. Jörg warmly welcomed us and showed us everything we needed to know, but a flexible check-in via a key safe is also possible. We would absolutely recommend the place!

Great location, very quiet environment with lots of nature around, the charm of the cottage/accommodation is a dream, the check-in went smoothly and quickly. We were traveling by motorcycle and for us it was simply a dream, on roads and activities from the accommodation. Very nice host, she took the time to give us information. We would be happy to book it again and again. 😊🙋🏼‍♀️

We spent a weekend at Ferdinand's and it was wonderful. The surroundings and tranquility were particularly nice. Everything you need or want is there. It was all very clean. We felt super comfortable and will definitely come back. Absolutely recommended by us.

For those who, like us (2 adults, 2 children, 2 dogs), are looking for peace and a beautiful landscape with forest and meadows, Lucie's cozy house is ideal. It is simple and functional, and we felt very comfortable immediately. With the dogs, we were quickly in the forest, and the pretty garden is conveniently fully fenced. Lucie is a very friendly host - thank you also for the fine chocolate! -, was always quickly available and very helpful. Thank you, Lucie! We highly recommend the house and would be happy to come back!

Everything was great. Stephan's parents were extremely accommodating and there was nothing missing. For tall people, however, there is something to consider. Duck at the doors :-). It's an old farmhouse and people used to be smaller. The ceiling height is great. But you can tell from my comment that everything was great, because if the door height is already mentioned and nothing else, it can only have been good :-)

The house matched the description and photos. We had 2 dogs with us, so we really appreciated the children's gate between the hallway and the living room, as well as the fenced garden, where it was also possible to park. The host responded quickly and was very helpful and kind. Definitely recommend :)

The Kostnerhof is a very nicely renovated farmhouse. We used the outdoor oven, sauna, swimming pond and bathing barrel extensively. The rooms and kitchen are beautifully furnished. The view is fabulous. The hosts are very friendly and uncomplicated. We had a wonderful, relaxing week.

When I saw the first picture, I immediately thought: "Wow, how beautiful!" – the vacation home with balcony was pictured there. On site, we were accommodated on the first floor, but from there we also had a beautiful panorama. During our stay, there was a small problem, but it was quickly addressed by Judith and quickly resolved – the caretaker was even very quickly on site. Our short stay was very nice overall, and everything was as described. The bedding was a little older, but it served its purpose. The location is very quiet, and the locals are extremely friendly. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay in Andreas' apartment very much. It's easy to find via navigation. The location is great for doing things all around and exploring the area. Of course, we and our son enjoyed the opportunity to use the adjacent outdoor swimming pool for free. All in all it was a nice holiday 🌞

Exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Perfect house with everything up to 14 people need. The amenities are above average. The layout of the rooms was perfect for us. Absolutely clean and you immediately feel comfortable. Fantastic garden, beautiful surroundings, pure nature. Super friendly host who responds quickly. Contactless check-in without any problems. It looked even nicer than in the photos 🥰 the house is furnished with so much attention to detail, even a little something for the dogs was set up ☺️ The location is perfect to escape the stress of everyday life for a few days and relax completely. Kata's place is beautiful and even more breathtaking than it already comes across in the pictures. We immediately felt comfortable and the beautiful details throughout the loft make the place unique. In my opinion, the loft could really be called a designer loft. A lot of attention to detail and everything was thought of. Communication was also always flawless and absolutely hassle-free! I would be happy to come back. A very clear recommendation!

the accommodation itself is very nice and modern. There were three of us and it was just right, but sleeping on the sofa bed I would rate as 4. The mattress that is placed on the couch is thin and sleeping is very uncomfortable, half is soft and half is hard. But the bed was very comfortable. The sun shines on the terrace until late afternoon and is also a little obstructed by trees. There is a farm where you can buy beef and lamb a short distance from the accommodation. From the accommodation, it is a nice walk to Špičácké sedlo, about 3 km and further to the lakes. 3 min walk to the train station, we returned from Špičák after an all-day hike. The information was that Netflix was on TV, but it wasn't. However, it was possible to download a streaming service and watch through your profile.

we had an amazing weekend in this cozy, beautifully decorated and very comfortable cottage - seeing deers from the window and just walking out the gate for a nice hike in the snowy Sumava - perfect place to disconnect, read, spend quality time with loved ones.

The stay at the apartment was very nice. The apartment is very large and has everything you need Daniel and Anne are great hosts - you felt very welcome and comfortable right away. The farm is a paradise for children. There is so much to discover and you can be everywhere and help - whether in the cowshed, with the horses or with the rabbits and guinea pigs. There are many destinations around Warzenried to discover. Thank you so much for the wonderful week at your place.

Those who love peace and nature will immediately feel comfortable in this accommodation. Solitary with views over the field, nicely decorated and practically equipped both inside and outside. There are chairs and loungers for the lawn and a spacious shower. We recommend the farm shop Blabmühle near Diepoldsried and the Steiner Wirt in the neighboring village. Better to bring travel bags than suitcases, there is storage space for clothes, but little for suitcases.

Very nice apartment, and nice hosts. There were no problems and spontaneous arrangements were also easily possible. So all as it should be.
