Enjoy this quaint and homey ranch in a peaceful rural setting. 2 nice bedrooms and 2 full baths. Although the floors are not level and nature keeps trying to reclaim the landscaping, we work hard to make it super clean and comfy. All the necessities are provided for a great stay. Circular drive will park several boat trailers. Our 5 star reviews are not because we try to compete with a 5 star hotel but because we give you exactly what we promise, a clean, comfortable "home away from home."

Rivers Edge

Beautiful, quiet, downtown living with lots of windows. Full kitchen fully stocked for easy cooking and clean up with the dishwasher. All new fully renovated, everything is upscale, quartz countertops and custom easy close cabinets. Bathroom is spotless. Cable and WiFi for guests. A short two block walk to the river access, and 4 blocks to the boat dock access and pavillion. As close as you can get to the Shell Cracker Plant. This is a space that feels like home and is easy to relax.

Cozy Cabin in Kinsman

This is a western themed, open concept cabin. The cabin is the upper level of a barn-like structure, separated from our home by a large patio. It has a Loft and a Sleep n’ Play Hideaway for children. (The double bed inside the Hideaway is suitable for teens and even adults.) Our cozy cabin is perfect place for either a couple, a few friends or a family. It is also a wonderful place for a retreat or a place to work away from home or the office. (See photos for clarity of layout.)

Old School Loft

Located in the Mahoning Commons neighborhood, a growing artist and theater district. The studio is situated in a late 19th century former city school, now home to the Calvin Center for the Arts. We are a multi purpose facility that has a gymnasium and theater company. The studio is located on the 2nd floor, nestled away, it is the perfect place to relax and take in the vast amenities of Youngstown. Close proximity to I-680, walking distance to downtown, YSU and Mill Creek Park.

A newly remodeled top-floor apartment outfitted with updated fixtures, exposed brick, and incredible character. Private bedrooms, each on their own floor, and a cozy living space with a large smart TV, and 2 couches. Light and bright bathroom features a walk-in glass shower! Our top floor bedroom has gorgeous arches and windows, and a private workspace situated right in front of a window for prime zoom call lighting :) Quiet neighborhood, and easily walkable to restaurants!

This secluded property is located 5 minutes from Atwood Lake, 30 minutes to Canton, 25 minutes to Dover/New Philadelphia.
