Great host and lovely cottage!

We had a wonderful stay! We loved the wild goat that visited us almost everyday! The house was beautiful and more spacious than we thought from the photos. Would definitely stay again!

Waking up to the gentle sounds of nature, enjoying coffee on the stunning porch, and basking in the breathtaking views made each day unforgettable. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, ensuring every detail was perfect for our stay. This cottage isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a place to reconnect, relax, and create cherished memories. We left with hearts full of gratitude and minds already planning our return. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful, rejuvenating retreat.

We spent a month here and felt at home from the moment we arrived. A beautifully remodeled farm home with a picturesque view of the foothills and farmland. Super close to Yaoola Creek park and Dahlonega center, too. And if any issue arose, they responded immediately. Jeana, the property manager, went above and beyond for us. Highly recommended for anyone wanting an escape to the beautiful north Georgia countryside.

Very peaceful stay for 4 adults just before new years. The woodburning stove was helpful for chilly nights, and the hot tub was enjoyed. Murphy and the surrounding areas are wonderful to explore. Would visit again sometime.

The house was amazing! Pictures were very accurate. Nice welcoming basket of goodies and a bottle of wine. Very nice touch! Sauna and hot tub were clean and very usable. The dogs had a blast! Very nice fenced yard and back area. One block off Main Street, walking distance to all of downtown, plenty of restaurants and bars, less than a mile to grocery store. I have already referred this to three families who are interested, and we will be back! Erica was a pleasure to deal with, very responsive, courteous and friendly.

The home was beautifully decorated for the holidays making us feel at home from the start. The home had all the amenities needed and very clean. Laura was a great host providing information on what to do in the area and responses to any questions we had. Had an a time! A wonderful way to start the New Year!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Blissful Point. It was easy to find and we felt welcome from the moment we walked in. It was exactly like the photos —very clean, cozy & had everything we needed for a long weekend getaway. We really appreciated the welcome note & snacks too. It’s located in a great spot that is quiet & peaceful, but still an easy drive to downtown Ellijay (grocery, restaurants & shopping). We had a great time hiking on a nearby trail, visiting some local wineries (Roo Mtn was our favorite), and exploring the beautiful scenery around Ellijay & Blue Ridge. Such a great place to relax & unwind. We highly recommend Blissful Point & would love to stay there again.

Gorgeous mountain one bedroom is a designers delight! Beautifully decorated, with tremendous attention to detail. A dream of a well stocked kitchen, with a fabulous 16 ft. center island made mealtime prep fun and easy. Having the grill right outside on the comfy porch overlooking the woods and quiet road, was a plus. The bedroom was spacious with the most comfortable king size bed, with soft, quality linens. The bathroom was a dream, with a huge double headed shower, beautifully designed with subway tile, etc. Again...attention to detail gets an A++ Location was key for us, as we are currently building our dream home 2 miles away, which made it super easy to go back and forth to check on construction progress. We are in love with Hayesville, and all it has to offer. Cannot wait to make this lovely, welcoming town our home!

The cottage was great, it was very clean, with all the necessary amenities. The alpacas grazing on the property was a bonus. The location is close to hikes, several wineries, etc. Tina and Jay were gracious hosts. We had a lovely time!!

Another fantastic stay at Jonny's place! This little house has such "good vibes" and is so comfy, cozy, and quiet! Love having it all to myself with the deer and the bunnies in the morning. Jonny is a great host and look forward to staying again next year for our trip to the Folk School.

if you love fishing or just want a peaceful get away this is the place for you. I caught fish literally all around the lake in atleast 10 different spots the lake is Full. crappies bass blue gill and im sure other fish that I didn't catch.

Just everything at Don's place was remarkable, from the friendly greeting by the Co-host, Shelia, the ease of check-in after a tiring trip from Florida, the spotless cottage, the beautiful and comfortable furniture and the gift basket of goodies, including wine, cheese, cheesecake, fruit, crackers, and stocked refrigerator full of special treats like steak sauces, barbeque sauce, catsup and mustard packets, jellies, pizza, Texas toast, and breakfast sandwiches. You will also enjoy the quiet of the neighborhood only interrupted occasionally by the call of the rooster down the street. And the incredible pasture behind the cottage, the firepit, the back porch - just an absolutely amazing place and perfect getaway, a home away from home in the mountains. It doesn't get better than this. And our two chihuahuas agree. They loved their walks around the cottage on the grassy grounds and being back inside the warm cottage, watching TV with us.

It was a great place! The kids loved the firepit and the outdoor area—and surprisingly, the steep driveway became one of their favorite attractions. I also appreciated how few pre-existing issues there were, which I always look for after a past experience with an owner trying to blame damage on us. Normally, I spend at least 30 minutes documenting everything; here, it took maybe 10 minutes. Nothing took away from the stay! The cabin was quiet, cozy, and perfectly tucked away between McCaysville and Blue Ridge. Michael even set out wood and kindling for the firepit, which was a thoughtful touch. And the water… oof, chef’s kiss. Coming from the city, I couldn’t get over how good it tasted. If I could’ve brought jugs to fill, I would have! There was plenty of space and lots to keep the kids entertained, both inside and out. I would absolutely stay here again.

Great location. Very clean, comfortable and scenic views. Close to many local wineries (Kaya was great and tasting room was a very short walk)

Wonderful cottage with a beautiful view. We really enjoyed the brick oven pizza and the outside entertainment area. Plenty of hiking trails nearby and fun wineries to visit.

We enjoyed our stay and the first night a bad storm came through. The next morning after checking the place for any damage and picking up some the lawn chairs that got disbursed I notified the owners and they were do appreciative

What an oasis Callie has created! So glad we chose The Schoolhouse for our weekend get-away. This beautifully decorated home was so cozy, a true comfort from the hustle and bustle of daily life. We felt at home in the beautiful Georgia countryside. Could go back time and time again. Callie’s attention to detail has preserved its history and tells a story in every room.

Omg, this may be one of the best stays I have ever had. I took a solo relaxing trip and Ms Joy eased my anxiety. She answered whatever question I had, no matter the time or day. Her home was so beautiful, relaxing, peaceful, and accommodating. She also supplied other necessities you may have needed, in case you left it at home. I cannot wait til I can return.

We had a wonderful stay, and would rate this as one of the most peaceful, places we have stayed. The home was very clean, modern and had everything we needed and more. The hosts were so amazing and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home- which we absolutely did! I have already recommended this stay to several of my friends and look forward to coming back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Misty Mountain Trailside Retreat cabin. We've vacationed in the area several times but the cabin we've stayed at in the past isn't pet friendly and we wanted to bring our two little pups with us. I can't speak for all of Misty Mountain's cabins but the Trailside Retreat cabin is pet friendly. The only thing I will caution people about is the loft. If you have mobility issues, small dogs, or senior dogs, use caution when going up the stairs. The stairs are narrow and steep to maximize cabin space and they are open back so a small pet could potentially fall while going up them. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and we will be visiting Misty Mountain cabins again.

Second time staying at the property and my dog loves it! The yard is great and the cabin super cozy with all the amenities you need for yourself and your furry friend.

Judith’s place was very nice. Quiet peaceful lake front home and just 10 minutes to downtown Cleveland. Would recommend and would stay again.

Always enjoy our stays at Suzanne's lovely, peaceful lake house! All the comforts of home. Well equipped kitchen. Beautiful view of the lake from the porch, especially pretty in the evening. Location is excellent with a variety of things to do!
