Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Blount County

The building was pretty old but it was clean! A slight musty smell when we first walked in but it was not overwhelming. The listing was described as a “townhome” but it had the look and feel of an outdated apartment complex. Old mattresses and trash were laid out by the dumpsters. Location was extremely convenient for the Tennessee game we were attending on Saturday night.

It was a great place to stay. Very modern stylish, fresh and new. Christine is outstanding and communicated extremely well. A five-star experience.

I was happy to find this as a last minute booking and it was perfect! So happy I wasn't near the UT traffic when I visited and the rural area reminds me a lot of the area where I'm from! Great place!

Excellent communication with host. Host was wonderful! The place has been recently remodeled inside and is very nice. Convenient to get to and from in relation to where I’m working. Washer and dryer is nice to have as well.

They have done an exceptional remodeling job on buildings that have many years on them. Other than the unit, the hosts were also exceptional. Feedback to any questions was truly immediate. How refreshing it was to receive such service.

Had some issues with hotel and it didnt go through. I messaged James and Laramy about their airbnb, and they messaged me back right away. They let us stay there on very short notice! The stay was great, they thought of everything and even had a sound machine by the bed. Across the road is a bar called Bluetick that we fell in love with, so tasty and great beers on draft. Cute little town, everyone is friendly, alot of places in walking distance. 10/10 :)

Great location? Walkable to downtown Maryville with pubs, restaurants, breweries, shops. Short drive to The Shed for concerts and to many other greater area restaurants etc. Large space with 2 queen BR and pet friendly!

Enjoyed staying here for second year in a row. We stayed as two couples, but there is a third bedroom. Above all very clean and nice. Hosts are super! Neighborhood is quiet. Great porch, we didn’t have time to use this time but lovely suburban backyard. Easy in and out of neighborhood. Close proximity to shopping and dining. The driveway is steep in the car, but level getting in and out so was perfect for my mom. One of the parking spots is covered. Split level with lots of living space to gather. Comfortable bed. Good closet space for hanging clothes. All’s taken care of for you. Feels right at home.

We had a great stay at John's place. The surroundings are beautiful and John was always responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect little cottage!! This exquisite home has so much beauty and detail. Unlike most rental properties, we have everything we could’ve needed-including cleaning supplies, coffee, extra linens and more. Beds were wonderful (which is always a plus). Host was super responsive and accommodating. Back yard perfect for any age. Such a relaxing weekend that felt like home! Would absolutely book again…

Comfortable retro residence in a quiet, quaint community. We enjoyed coffee on the deck in the morning and strolling around the historic little village watching the birds. Margaret and Peter and very responsive and welcoming. We couldn't have asked for nicer hosts. We were in town for a wedding and proximity to the events that weekend made this place perfect!

What a great place to stay with a lovely and peaceful house/setting. The house is modern and updated and the hot tub house in the back is a huge plus!

Aaron was very accommodating when we asked about a late check out due to the circumstances of our stay. He was helpful and responded quickly. Very spacious and beautiful space!

This house was absolutely STUNNING! Every day the view was just amazing. Owners VERY responsive! Enjoyed the hot tub and unit was well equipped in kitchen and nice touch with starter supplies. We found beds comfortable and all 6 of us (adults) could find some privacy. Enjoyed the billiards and the fireplace on the balcony was the perfect backdrop to talk about our adventures. The road was a bit scary if you are afraid of heights and hairpin turns! We got more comfortable as the week went on but we were still reluctant to drive in the dark! The house was good location to Sevierville. Enjoyed Holstens for dinner. The main drag is only about a 25 minute drive. Gatlinburg was about a 35 minute drive. Smokey mountains NP about 45 mins from house . We saw 6 bears on this trip. 1 ran past us in the driveway and we got a good picture from the balcony. Be careful to lock the doors to your car! Loved the security of being in a gated community! Home was warm and inviting! It was also clean and well maintained. We were looking for something close to Cade’s Cove and this absolutely fit the bill.

It's a great place to take a break from the hectic city! We will certainly return! 30/40 min to main attractions

Kylie was an amazing host! The place was clean, cozy, and had all the great amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We had a small hiccup with the thermostat not working at first, but Kylie was incredibly responsive and had it fixed within an hour — truly impressive response time! My family and I felt right at home here. We were only there for a short weekend trip, but the photos and descriptions were spot on. Amazingly clean & fully stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms. Great place to stay in a quiet community. Very clean nice place with comfortable beds. Doesn’t have the great views you look for in the mountains, but this was obvious by the pictures and information. I would 100% trade the views for the ease of accessibility. (Which I wanted) No winding steep roads no gravel. Gated community so no need to worry about your vehicles.

Another wonderful stay at Rick and Jeanine’s mountain condo. Extremely clean, cozy decor, and very comfortable beds and furniture. Excellent communication and thoughtfulness are shown throughout the condo. They have everything you would need to cook and entertain yourself - games, music, books. Can’t wait to return!

Wonderful place. The views from the balconies are beautiful. The place was as described, clean and not a lot of clutter. The kitchen had lots of counter space. The location was fantastic. Grocery store, restaurants, downtown and the greenway located with a half mile. The host was proactive, friendly and responded quickly. Definitely on my will stay here again list.

Stayed Monday-Friday. Easy drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Beautiful place, clean, peaceful, and spacious.
