House vacation rentals in Blount County

This was the perfect spot to land for a business trip with a colleague. We work forestry contracts and had been roughing it in hotels and camping. Matt's place felt like an oasis. It was spotless, spacious, and cozy. We had everything we needed to make home-cooked meals, our own bedrooms and bathrooms, a nice back porch to relax, and we felt secure with our work gear there. Matt checked in on us several times via messages and was immediately responsive with any questions we had. He also went above and beyond by letting my colleague pop back in after check-out to retrieve his forgotten air purifier. Classy and top notch all around!

My wife and I booked this place and Jen and Mike were super friendly and informative right from the get go. The rental was in an absolutely gorgeous location with a mountain and grassy plains right in view from the hot tub where we were able to catch a picture perfect sunset. Everything from the bedding and towels to furniture was all spotless as if we were the first ones to use them. We were incredibly comfortable on the spacious king sized bed with each room in the house having adjustable ac units. The first night there was an issue with noisy neighboring tenants but Jen and Mike were super helpful in resolving this in such a way that all parties were happily and peacefully able to enjoy the rest of our stays. note this issue wasn't in any way a direct cause of Jen and Mike or their rental unit, rather a one off happening with a neighbor being noisy past quiet hours which again Jen and Mike very professionally and swiftly handled. This place is a absolute steal for the price point!!

the house was absolutely beautiful ! my friends & i felt very much at home staying there for the weekend! Sandra is the absolute best ! she’s was very helpful & responsive. she gave clear instructions on how to get about the house. most importantly , she was very friendly. would definitely book again !

This cabin was just what we were looking for a few peaceful days in the woods. The home was just as described. The area was very quiet and beautiful. The hosts were excellent communicators. The game room was great for the rainy days. Would highly recommend.

OMG y’all, Amy is such a sweetheart!! Her home is gorgeous and the surrounding hills and large 4 season room filled with windows made for some amazing mornings with coffee! The house is very spacious and fit everyone with a dining room, two sitting rooms and large kitchen. You got to get creative with bathrooms as there are only two but that didn’t even become an issue with our group. There is a beautiful pool with plenty of patio/deck space for hanging out. Covered parking and garage access. This house is about 45 minutes from Pigeon Forge and 25 minutes to the City of Marryville. Also there is a tiny little hole-in-the wall diner called Snoring Bear. It’s a must stop for breakfast and only five minutes from the house. Amy was more than accommodating and went out of her way to make sure we felt at home. We didn’t want to leave. I would definitely recommend booking with her if you plan on visiting eastern Tennessee!!! We will be back!!

We absolutely loved our stay! We didn’t need to spend any extra money on things for the kids to do because this cabin had everything! The pool was so much fun, the theater was great for family time, the hot tub was definitely relaxing, and the view and fire place from the top deck was both beautiful and relaxing. The cabin was super clean and very nice. We will definitely be back! The host is quick to respond with any issue as well as the maintenance guy. Both are very nice.

This was an absolutely beautiful experience. The pictures did not do the house justice. Beautifully decorated, well stocked, peaceful ...... When we were at the house we mostly enjoyed the deck. On the last night was the only time we even turned the television on.... and that was only because my son wanted me to see a specific movie. Thank you Mary for all your assistance!!!!

This was a dream vacation! It was two families; 4 kids and 4 adults +1dog. Every morning we work up to a breathtaking view and did a mile walk in the mountains. Then drove down the hill to all the fun activities in PG. This house is in the best location! The beds were extremely comfortable! We believe the kings are California kings because it felt so spacious! The kitchen had all the equipment needed and more! The large peninsula was great for the kids! The wooden furniture is so stunning and adds to the cabin feel. We have never been in this area, and hope to come back in a couple years! Denise was amazing! She was very responsive to any questions! We stayed for a week and trash for our group built up quick, especially with one still in pull ups. We easily got a mid week trash pick up. Thank you Denise for sharing your home with us!

We were in Knoxville visiting our niece while she attends UT. We chose the perfect house that was secluded, pristine and updated. It was a good location for what we had planned in our visit, situated between the UT campus and Dollywood. We would absolutely choose this house again if we come visit. We enjoyed the amenities: cornhole, fire pit, hot tub and large TVs for movie night. We actually chose not to go out a few nights so we could enjoy more time on the property. Thank YOU!

We were very happy with Stella's house. It had everything we needed plus more. We only stayed a few days but we hope to be back for a longer stay. It was near restaurants and grocery store for those who want to cook. Starbucks was easy to find. But Stella had coffee makers also.

Place was exactly as described. Perfect for our needs.

What a beautiful place! The decor is stylish, the extra touches (shampoo, etc, in the bathrooms; oil, salt, and pepper in the kitchen, extra supplies in the pantry) appreciated, and the patio space peaceful. The beds are comfy and kitchen is well stocked. The location is convenient for enjoying the beauty of Cades Cove. Kelly is very quick to reply and was gracious in helping us enjoy our time here. We would definitely stay here again!

Christine's place was clean and comfortable. Everything from the bedding to the couch and the blankets made this a cozy place to stay. Loved the privacy of the back porch and convenience to Maryville and Knoxville. Unfortunately during our stay, the hot water heater broke. Christine came over right away even tho it was quite late and had a plumber come out as soon as possible. Unfortunately she wasn't able to fix it, so we had to leave. She was a very proactive and responsive host, exactly what you need when something doesn't go quite to plan! The space was lovely and we wish we could have stayed. Don't miss your chance to stay at this lovely home!

The space was exactly as described and in a great area if you are wanting to spend most of your time in a peaceful location and exploring the Smokys. The place had enough space for our family of 7 and we weren't cramped at all. The place is on the side of a hill and the road to get there is steep and windy, but our 12 passenger van made it just fine. Definitely use her directions and not gps the first time. I would definitely come back. My kids were sad to leave.

Our stay was an excellent way to spend our family Christmas before the holidays. I brought my 4 young adult children & their significant others. We were able to get to Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg easily for shopping & hiking. David’s house for our needs perfectly. We enjoyed the extras & quiet space. Thank you!

Their place was absolutely lovely! Even better than the photos! The beds were very comfortable as well! I loved the area, it was so pretty and secluded, but close enough to the town, Tellico Lake, and the Tail of the Dragon. I would definitely stay again if given the opportunity! 10/10!

Couldn’t have had a better stay. Tyler and Mallory were fantastic, so responsive and helpful. The place was great, clean, cozy, comfortable. Zero issues!
