House vacation rentals in Blount County

Exactly like the pictures! They almost don’t do the view justice! The hot tub was one of our favorite parts. We drove about 40 min to Cade’s cove for a hike.. highly recommend. We also stopped at “Burger Master” and “Townsend Abby Pub” where David took great care of us! We will definitely be back to the Rocky Top Retreat!

We were so comfortable here and loved our stay. Everything about the experience here exceeded our expectations, and we’d love to return.

The view was amazing! This was a beautiful, peaceful retreat for our family with plenty of space to either spend time together or find a spot to do your own thing. The theater and game room were great for rainy days and there was enough of a yard to play ball with the kids on nicer days. We went to Pigeon Forge / Gatlinburg / GSMNP a few times, but mostly just wanted to enjoy the home and those panoramic views. It is way up on the mountain….some days even in the clouds! Stephanie was always helpful and responsive. What a great trip! We would definitely stay there again.

Phenomenal house. Pool and hot tub were great. Ample towels and disposables (soap, tp, etc.). Definitely an older home but you can tell it has been well loved over the years. Only two complaints were one of the pool sticks had a missing top and the bottom trundle bed was not very sturdy. Overall though, phenomenal stay and will be back if available again in the future.

This place was great! The space was perfect for the two of us. We loved the location as we weren’t too close to the crowds yet weren’t too far away! And our backyard view is fantastic. We came for our anniversary and had a great time, we’d definitely come back!

This home was outstanding! It was a beautiful layout, very clean; I could live in this home. Our family really enjoyed our stay, and if we ever come back to that area, we would stay at this home again. There is not one negative thing we could say about this beautiful home. Everything was positive, beautiful, clean, and well-decorated. It was top of the line in every way! Book it if you are anywhere near the area. It is a dream home. Thank you, Sandy, for being such a great host. We loved staying in your home. ♥️

Amy was an amazing host. We came up for a car event. The property was bigger than expected. It was well equipped. 100% will try to book again!

This place was great! Vernon was a great host..got back to us quickly with answers to a couple of questions. Garage to fit 3 touring motorcycles, could probably get 4. It was super clean..it's relatively new construction as it still had that 'new smell' to it. we plan on booking this unit again next year for our annual trip. This is in subdivision of identical joined units. The curbing into the driveway is a bit high, so if your vehicle sits low, you'll probably scrape. There seems to be a parking lot up the hill from the unit as the only room for on-street parking would be in front of the driveway, otherwise you're blocking someone else's driveway. These are NOT issues we had with our stay, it's just information.

Very clean! Newly renovated - perfect for a quick weekend to Knoxville with kids in tow. Screened porch was our favorite with watching all the bunnies and birds in the yard.

Peaceful location. Close to everything we wanted to do and easy up/down to house. House was perfectly appointed, comfortable, clean. Beds were comfortable. Decor is tasteful and cozy! Would definitely come back. Justin was responsive and instructions were clear. Would recommend.

Everything was absolutely perfect.....It was so amazing being out in the country but yet being so close to town to our venue where we were seeing Blackberry Smoke. Very comfortable and spacious... It is very motorcycle friendly and they we're so kind to let us use the garage since there was thunderstorms rolling in..It was a perfect weekend with friends

Perfect place to explore the mountains and just relax. The motorcycle rriding thru the national park was awsome . Even came across a nice size bear on the foothills parkway !! If we ever decide to visit this area again this place will be our first choice !!

The space was exactly as described and in a great area if you are wanting to spend most of your time in a peaceful location and exploring the Smokys. The place had enough space for our family of 7 and we weren't cramped at all. The place is on the side of a hill and the road to get there is steep and windy, but our 12 passenger van made it just fine. Definitely use her directions and not gps the first time. I would definitely come back. My kids were sad to leave.

I simply cannot say enough about Michelle and this establishment. Oh so beautiful outside and gorgeous on the inside. this is our second time at this house, will go back again and again.... Everything we needed and more.

Had a wonderful stay at Holly's place. Very clean and convenient. I will always look up this place anytime I'm around Knoxville.

Everything about this place was perfect. It’s a quaint place full of character. The kitchen was well stocked and clean. The bathrooms were as well. Every room had its own cuteness. I loved the extra hideaway spaces to lay and chill in. I can’t say enough about Kelli. She’s sweet as pie and so very helpful. The neighbors were all very nice and helpful too.

We loved our stay! The location was perfect, in the heart of Townsend. We enjoyed walking down to a private area of the river. Everything was very clean and we had lots of room to fit our family comfortably!

Such a fun place to stay. First and foremost, it is very clean. but also the deco not only cute, but so interesting, we spent the first little while (although we intended to drop or luggage and go to the Cove) we couldn't help but just walk around and peek throughout the house at all the deco. even throughout the closets. So nostalgic. That actually went on throughout our stay. it was a fun stay. Only negative I could possibly think of would be is there is only a Kerug style coffee pot, so please remember to bring K-cup coffee with you, because it's wasn't supplied, but otherwise it was well stocked. We loved our stay.

My Husband and I used this space to get ready for our small wedding. The whole space was spotless and felt right at home. The pictures described to space exactly. We felt right and home and loved the home decor. Check out instructions were clear and simple.

We very much loved this place and would recommend to absolutely anyone that is staying in this area.

Lovely home. Large comfortable beds. Loads of extras (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc). Everything you need and then some. Terrific hosts. We’d stay again when we’re in the area.
