Love this beautiful farm. Got married here in 2024 and came back for the wifes wedding. Will definitely be back year after year.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at "The Nut Farm", a beautiful property in Seymour, Tennessee. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a spotless, well-maintained home. The location was perfect, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains and easy access to local attractions. The house itself was cozy and equipped with all the amenities one could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. We especially loved the outdoor space, where we enjoyed morning coffee while taking in the serene landscape. Kathy went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They provided great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. We highly recommend staying at The Nut Farm property if you're looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway in Seymour, Tennessee. We can't wait to return!

We loved this cabin and its secluded location. We had a close up encounter with a mama bear and her 3 cubs but kept our distance. It looked exactly like the pictures. Road a little steep but that was already told to us before arriving. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

One of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed. The complimentary groceries were so appreciated. My family fell in love with the house instantly. The patio over looking the yard was so nice. Uber eats delivers. Cell coverage was spotty, but no one cared because we were busy enjoying time with one another and sight seeing. preload your maps. The kids books and the fire pit were also enjoyed. We called the cabin our " Bear Bnb". ( we did not see one though) We loved seeing the turkeys too.

We came here for a stay, after horseback riding with Nicole in November, because we fell in love with the farm and the peacefulness. The farm is beautiful and the perfect place to get away. The octagon room was perfect for the two of us and the views are beautiful! The deck was great for relaxing and looking at the mountains. If you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but close enough to visit, this is the place for you! Totally recommend!!

Amazing stay, amazing location! House is exactly like photos but added bonus was pac man/frogger game console! Loved using the fire pit on a cold night listening to howling wolves across the lake. So many animals and birds to see, loved this place!

Cherry blossom, Lodge was amazing! The house, the games and the creek/riverare all wonderful! If you’re considering staying in Townsend, this is where you should stay! Meredith, was awesome with her communication, and we will definitely be back to stay!

Audrey and Eddie were outstanding hosts. They were most accommodating to our late arrivals both on Friday night and Saturday night. They have a beautiful home and their place was immaculate. Audrey prepared an amazing breakfast and we got to know them more on a personal level eating breakfast with them. I would highly recommend Staying with them. They are both very down to earth people and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay last weekend. We will definitely look to stay with them again when in the Knoxville area in the future.

Absolutely loved staying here! We stayed for 2 1/2 months while we looked for our forever home. This place was perfect! Beautiful setting, has all the necessary amenities, and so peaceful. Richard was very responsive and so kind!! I highly recommend this location and home!

This was the perfect family thanksgiving meet up for our family. My husband and I met our grown children (with no kids of their own yet) for Thanksgiving. There were 7 adults and everyone had a bed to sleep in. The living space had enough seats for everyone comfortably as well. It was peaceful and close to Sevierville and Pigeon Forge but far enough away to escape the crazy holiday crowds when we were ready. Dog friendly and just so cozy. Will definitely pick again if we are in the area.

This place was amazing!!! We traveled with 4 adults and 4 kids and this place was perfect!! So much room in the house, the outdoor space was so relaxing and the indoor pool was fantastic. Lara had excellent communication and she was very accommodating for any needs we had!! I highly recommend booking here!!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was super clean and even better than described. We could tell that Sally put a lot of thought into her guest’s comfort because we had everything we needed and more. She even went above and beyond and provided donuts and snacks. This is definitely one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed at. The place was so inviting and the mountain view was absolutely amazing and serene to wake up to. The home is so peaceful and relaxing. We definitely want to stay here again soon.

They gave clear instructions to help find the place. The cabin was very cute and cozy. The view of the water was so pretty. The owners had goats that they let us pet and spend some time with. They even had peacocks that we were able to go and view. I would definitely book a place with them again.

Just finished our annual Gatlinburg trip and this cabin is by far one of the best places we've stayed in 10 years of coming. Pictures really don't do this place justice, the panoramic Mtn views you get are just incredible and the cabin itself is really clean and accommodating for the 5 in our group. The hot tub was nice and one of the biggest hot tubs I've seen. The only recommendation we might have is to start the hot tub the morning the guest are coming to be ready by the time they got there. We weren't able to get in the day we got there because it was still warming up but other than that I give this cabin a 10/5 stars and will definitely be visiting again. Also if you like to go explore and tour caves there's a place called Tuckaleechee Caverns that's 1.3 miles from the cabin and it's well worth it!! This was the best house me and my family have chosen! We had room for everyone, and enjoyed every part of the house. Everything was outstandingly clean, and cozy. The house was beautifully decorated, and felt like home. I would come back in a heartbeat!

Throughout our stay, the house provided the perfect blend of comfort and tranquility — a place where we could unwind, connect, and enjoy the beauty of nature. Even as we packed up to leave, the comforting ambiance of the cabin lingered, making it hard to say goodbye. Our host was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. From the moment we booked the cabin, they were incredibly helpful and responsive, providing clear instructions and thoughtful recommendations for local activities. Can't say enough about Shannon and this cabin. It's a perfect getaway that's still minutes from two. Beautiful, private and comfortable and the host is the always responsive and extremely helpful.
