Townhome vacation rentals in Bloomington

Our stay here was wonderful! This is a hidden gem in Bloomington, a cute little quiet neighborhood-feel.

The townhouse was perfect for a few nights stay. it was clean, on a quiet edge of Bloomington so it wasn't super noisy with traffic, check in was easy. as was check out. it was worth what we paid to have over a hotel room by far. only time you could hear neighbors was when they entered or left as the doors sometimes shut quite hard.

It was great stay at this place for my wife and I. Was there for over a month and had little complaints!

We had a fantastic stay here! Place was awesome, location was perfect, couldn’t have asked for more. We left a golf bag behind and Lisa was incredibly proactive about getting it back to us. She went above and beyond to take care of us. Can’t recommend this place enough!

This townhouse was perfect for us. The extra details including the black out curtain were appreciated. Slept well and they had everything we needed for a comfortable stay

This spot was perfect for our purposes, a nice quiet place within reach of the IU. Everything was as described and the hosts were friendly and attentive.

This house was awesome! It had everything you could possibly need. It was very clean and in a great location. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We would love to definitely stay here again!!

We were impressed with how plentiful everything was. Really nice towels and bedding. Plenty of glasses and cups. The appliances were all new. Huge tvs in the living room and bedroom. Would stay there again.

Had an extended stay for work. The duplex was clean and the beds were comfy. Great place.

Fantastic Getaway! A Hidden Gem! The location is fantastic – tucked away from the road, making it incredibly quiet and serene. It feels wonderfully peaceful, backing right up to beautiful woods with a running creek you can hear, and views towards a finger of Monroe Lake. Spending time on the back decks (there is a back deck for each level of the place) enjoying the fresh air really feels like being in a peaceful tree house, away from the world – perfect for morning coffee listening to the birds! Even on a cooler morning, the gas fire pit on the deck made it cozy and enjoyable. From the moment we arrived, we felt that amazing "welcome home" vibe – the thoughtful welcome note and cookies were such a lovely touch! You can tell a lot of thought went into making guests feel welcome, with details like super soft blankets rolled up by the couches. Inside, the place is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We loved that it was well-stocked with essentials in the kitchen and the nicely.

The place was perfect for our family of 6 with kids age 3-9. We just popped onto the Bline & over the bridge to the Wonderlab & a little further down the path to Bloomingfoods for a few groceries to make a perfect little morning. If we had more time in the morning we could've walked to get a vegan breakfast at Rainbow Bakery, too. It's so charming to be only a short walk from downtown. Inside the townhouse was comfy and cozy. We especially enjoyed our time around the dining table.

Clean, bright space - no issues or complaints

Wonderful place to stay#

Close to IU and in a very nice area. The home was very clean and rooms are spacious. We only encountered the hosts twice while we were there very briefly as we walked out on two of the mornings. They were very kind and we spoke in passing. The one little thing that I would suggest updating is that 1 room has a tv and 1 does not. I was able to watch tv the first evening by logging into my own Netflix account but the following evening I was locked out of the tv. I don't think the host did it but it is a google tv and you need a passcode to enter. I could not use my own google account bc the tv is linked up to the private WiFi network in the home and I only had access to the guest network. I like to fall asleep to the sound of the tv so I would just recommend that they have an accessible tv in each room. I probably could have messaged them but it was late and I did not want to bother them.

This townhouse was the perfect cozy cacoon! The location was amazing, convenient to everything, and in a great neighborhood to walk around. The house was incredibly well stocked. Jayna was incredibly responsive and very flexible and supportive. We were traveling under extenuating circumstances and Jayna helped so much to accommodate us!
