We had a delightful experience! The space is beautifully decorated and well-furnished. Plenty of comfortable seating. Sleeping accommodations were great and exceeded that of other locations. The wooded back yard with outdoor seating area allowed us to watch a variety of interesting birds as they came to the bird feeder. Very quiet - very private! Would return in a heartbeat and recommend to friends and family.

Hosts were super friendly and communicative. We really appreciate the clear instructions for check in and check out. The place was super cute (decorated really well) and clean. Perfect for four people! The kitchen had everything you needed to cook including spices. We really appreciate the free drink vouchers to Cardinal Spirits. Walkable distance to switchyard park and other restaurants! The only thing that was a bit unexpected but we didn’t mind was how low the loft bedrooms ceiling was it felt very cozy. Overall, this was a great stay and if we ever visit Bloomington again, we will be booking this place.

Leading up to our stay Kimberly was proactive about communicating with us to make sure we had our needs met. She was flexible with check-in and the place was very cozy and perfect for us. We would definitely stay again.

The loft was a cute little stay for my husband and I. We came during some bad water (flooding) so was limited on things to do since a lot of the shops were closed. The loft was very comfortable and gave us the relaxation we needed. Very cozy’s stay.

Eugenia's place was wonderful. It was a last minute booking for my wife's birthday and the entire experience was excellent. We enjoyed everything about the property - quiet and secluded, easy to find and get into, perfect location just north of Nashville with an easy drive to anywhere in the area. We just returned from wonderful stay at Cameron's Lake Monroe condo. It was a beautiful, golf course location. A family of very tame deer visited us twice a day most days. Cameron's instructions and suggestions were perfect. He checked with us frequently to see if we needed anything. The condo was beautiful and was well-stocked with everything we needed, complete with a delicious "welcome" bottle of Oliver Winery wine. We loved taking long walks around the Eagle Pointe community, eating at fabulous restaurants and enjoying all Bloomington and IU have to offer. Thank you for hosting us, Cameron. We had a great time. Last second trip and booking, and it was well worth it! The place is amazing and the history is incredible. Not to mention within 10 minutes of downtown Nashville. Nice relaxing place to be close, but far enough away for peace and quiet!

Our stay at Brooke's place was perfect! Location, amenities, decor, cleanliness...all 10/10. Our daughter is a freshman at IU so if Brooke's place is available, we will definitely book again. Very spacious place and two parking spaces was a plus. A ton of food and shopping options within walking distance. Can't say enough great things about this place and Brooke's attention to detail and thoughtful outreach to check in our stay multiple times.

The apartment was great...it was actually better than expected! It is a unique layout, but it worked really well for our family. Everything was clean and ready to go. We were in town for an IU football game and staying here was a great value. It took about 20 minutes of driving on 46 straight to the stadium and we didn't have to pay thousands for lodging! It was a big win for us. I highly recommend!

This was a beautiful place! It was just as listed. The hosts were extremely responsive. They answered my inquiries nearly immediately. They checked in via message, as well. The place was in a great location and very walkable. The home was clean. The hosts provided all natural hygiene products and natural cleaning products. I loved the washer/dryer combo! The bed was also extremely comfortable! Great space, great hosts!!!

My friends and I were in town for a wedding at The Wilds. Very convenient for getting to the wedding venue and to and from downtown Bloomington. If I’m ever back in Bloomington with a large group I would definitely book Nancy’s place again.
