Waterford Oasis

We had such a wonderful stay! Cindy was super quick to respond to all our questions and was communicative, friendly and accessible throughout our time there. The place was beautiful - clean, comfy, well stocked and had everything needed to feel totally at home. The property is gorgeous. we spent our evenings watching the fireflies dance in the trees and dipped in the pond for a refreshing swim and enjoyed sunset everyday on the deck. We extended our trip another week because we didn’t want to leave! It was so relaxing - truly a perfect spot for some healing R&R time which we really needed. Thank you Cindy & Rick! xxx

The B-Line Puplands

DavidRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We were so impressed with everything at Alex’s place. We totally appreciated the snack layout especially - LOL. There was plenty of space for us all. We totally enjoyed the access to the B-line. The decor was amazing, especially as IU grads of the early 90’s. The porch was a great hang. We played cornhole in the back yard. We would definitely stay there again!

Charming and trendy, you won't want to leave

NilayahRating, 5 stars10 months ago
I stayed for the whole summer and loved it. Laura was such an amazing and responsive host. She is so sweet and made the experience ten times better. I loved chatting with her and seeing her dog Toby. Also, the home was even cuter in person. The pictures didn’t even show how amazing the place was. I would definetly stay here again. There is also so many fun things to do in the area. My favorite was switchyard park’s Friday food trucks.

Stylish Bloomington Bungalow - walk to IU/downtown

JanetRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Loved this adorable place! It was cozy and private. There were lots of thoughtful details to make our stay very nice. Communication was excellent and they quickly answered any questions that we had. The kitchen and bathroom were well stocked, clean and spacious. The loft bed was a bit tricky to get in and out of but fun to sleep in a treehouse space. A walk down the lane led to new cat and pig friends. It was easy to walk to many restaurants and the IU campus. Would love to stay again!

Private Cottage House One Mile from Downtown!

Anna’s place was perfect for our short stay visiting IU. It was clean, quiet, and the bed and air mattress were both very comfortable. It was a cold weekend, so we really appreciated the heated tile floor in the bathroom!

Cozy Little Suite

JuliaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
As long as you don't need a kitchen or TV, this was the greatest place. I fully enjoyed staying there. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom/shower were great. The place is small, however all nicely remodeled. The it's very peaceful. I didn't hear traffic, etc., so I could unwind from my busy day. Also I really liked the coffee bar, it's a great touch.
