The center is within walking distance (500m) and the supermarket is just around the corner. Centrally located near major cities and easy to reach by public transport.

"Holiday home near the beach and in the center."

We, a family with 4 children (8, 11, 14 and 16 years), have a holiday home next to our house with its own entrance and parking space. The cottage is within walking distance of the charming village center, just like the beach (approximately 500m from the cottage). 750m away is a beautiful hiking and nature reserve the Zwanenwater. Our lovely apartment Sara's Cottage is located in a top location in Egmond aan Zee near the beach, dunes and the cozy center. The apartment is wonderfully private and fully equipped. A beautiful and very clean apartment overlooking the sea, which can be reached in just a few meters on foot. For the cold season, in addition to the well-functioning heating, two beautiful wool blankets for the sofa would be quite nice. I really enjoyed the bedroom in the pointed floor. The beds were extremely pleasant and comfortable. However, there are several to know that the pointed floor to the 2nd bedroom has stairs up without a door. In my opinion, however, is not an obstacle to living in this beautiful apartment with several people.

We had a very nice stay with our dog. Lots of space for the 3 of us, good shops and restaurants a short drive away. Secure garden for the dog and great walking options in the forest and near the lake. Close to the sea. I would highly recommend and I am panning future trips.

Simply fantastic! Located directly in the dunes on the large hiking area, very quiet, 5 minutes to the sandy beach. The apartment has a great combination of pragmatic furnishings in the smallest space, where nothing is missing and successful aesthetics, which appeals to the eye immediately. The small balcony provides an outdoor breakfast with rich birdsong, the bed for a good night's sleep and the clean, new bathroom for well-being. A dream of a place to stay!

We had a great time at Hans & Marian's. The location is perfect for discovering the flower fields area and enjoying the beach. Everything is accessible by bike, the beach 10min and the park of keukenhof 15min. We had two small children (3 and 6 years old) who loved the play areas in the holiday park and the games for the children present in the house. Communication with Hans & Marian was very friendly and very fluid. Thanks again for a great stay 😊

Very nice stay in good weather. The pellet stove was a lifesaver for cool nights. The wind woke us up a little because we're not used to camping. Peter is a warm host who takes the time to meet each of his guests and even makes the effort to speak French. They don't hesitate to help when needed. The estate is friendly and well equipped for all kinds of leisure activities, especially for children. I really enjoyed staying in this accommodation in contact with nature and discovering the beautiful surrounding landscapes.

The house was as described, the location perfect for the beach and at the same time close to the pedestrian zone with many pretty shops and restaurants. How we enjoyed 3 days in the Leemhuis A very nice house with also enough space outside to enjoy the dune garden. Everything was present and the space turned out to be even bigger and brighter than we expect from the photos. Lovely shower, nice kitchen and a cozy sitting. We had a great time!
