Cabin near lake with swimming & fishing opportunities by boat

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located in the deciduous forest near a lake. In the lake, there is the possibility of fishing (fishing license) boat is available to borrow 100 meters below the cottage, about 120 meters to the swimming area. The cottage has 1 bed 140 cm, 1 sofa bed 2x80 cm and a sleeping loft with mattresses on the floor 220 cm wide. There is a fridge, freezer, hot plate, coffee maker indoors and barbecue area outdoors. Water is available from a can in the kitchen Outdoor toilet. No shower Cottage size 24m2 Duvets and pillows are available. NOTE: Bed linens are not included

Cozy cottage right by the sea in Matvik harbor.

The cabin is simply and cozily decorated, with marine interior details. Directly outside is a patio and parking with the possibility to charge an electric car (cost SEK 5/kWh). Toilet and shower are located in a common service building (35 m). Barbecue is available on the harbor area (35 meters) and sea kayaks can be rented from us. A nice kiosk that is open all summer is in the harbor (50 m) and the archipelago boats depart from the dock (100 m). Beach on the other side of the bay (2 km). Grocery store is located in Hällaryd (3.5 km) and in Karlshamn (9 km).

Welcome to a new and charming cottage in Saxemara, on a scenic coastal stretch outside Ronneby. Here you live with direct proximity to the forest, and the sea that is reached via a beautiful 10-minute walk. The cottage has two comfortable sleeping places and is equipped with a functional kitchen, shower, toilet and sauna directly in the house for extra relaxation. On the private terrace with outdoor furniture, you can enjoy beautiful summer days. The nearest grocery store is in Saxemara, and Ronneby city center can be reached in about 10 minutes by car.

Guest house in the countryside. Located in a separate building on our property. The apartment has one (bed) room/kitchen, furnished hall and bathroom and is 35 sqm. Cozy location by the forest between the sea and the lake (4-5 km). Perfect for a starting point to both Skåne and Blekinge. Bromölla has nice hiking/biking trails by the sea, along Lake Ivösjön, in the beech forest. Sölvesborg 12 km, an old town center and nice beaches. Sweden Rock 20 km Kjugekull Bouldering 8 km Sheets and towels are not included, can be arranged if we are home!

Sleeping loft with double bed, bunk bed, fully-equipped kitchen with living room and fireplace. Newly renovated bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine. We provide sheets/bedding and towels. Lovely wooden deck with 180-degree views of Saxemara Bay. Sunset and access to a large jetty. A unique gem!

The cottage - Central, rural and with sea view!

Wake up and have breakfast overlooking Sölvesborgsviken. This accommodation is in a cottage on my property. It is rural but central, which makes your stay comfortable. With a short km walk through the park along the bay, you will come to the cozy city center with shops, restaurants and cafés. The golf course can be found 2.5 km away on foot or by bike over Europe's longest walking and cycling bridge. Ryssberget's hiking and biking trails are only 1.5 km away. The nearby sandy beaches are numerous.

Cottage in Karlskrona archipelago

A detached house on Saltö, Karlskrona, with sea view and 50 m from the private landing jetty, placed on municipal shore. Access to a small rowing boat is included in the price. The hosts speak English and a bit German. Maximum guests are two adults and two children. The house is situated close to the owners house, but still has its privacy with a large terrace attached and access to an own part of the garden. Cleaning is done by the guests. Bed linen and towels can normally not be provided.

Ob ans Meer (4 Sandbadeplätze 10 min.), in die Welterbestadt Karlskrona (25 min.), nach Ronneby (10 min.) oder Karlshamn (30 min.). Hier bei uns kannst du sowohl die Natur genießen als auch mal schnell in die Stadt zum Einkaufen. Der Schärengarten von Blekinge ist bekannt für seine wunderschönen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten und lässt auch Anglerherzen höherschlagen. Das "Tiny house Lea" liegt ebenfalls auf unserem Grundstück.

Patronhagens B&B offers accommodation in a spacious guest house on two floors. In the guest house, there are 4 beds (and access to a crib) in a combined bedroom and living room. Toilet, shower and sauna are on the lower floor. Breakfast is served in a separate gazebo. The gazebo is at guests' disposal during the stay. The gazebo has a microwave, small fridge and kitchenware, water and egg cooker, electric grill, etc. for simple cooking. There is also sugar, salt and pepper, etc.
