Note: Only bookings Sunday-Sunday during the summer. On scenic, vibrant and central Hästö, this newly renovated seaside 30's villa is located. Sea view from house and garden as well as 150 meters to the nearest swimming pier. Two large terraces with sun from morning to night. Just over 1200 sqm garden with sea view and play facilities for the children. The nearest beach is about 500 meters away and the municipal swimming area is on the island about 2 kilometers away. To town you bike or walk along the water all the way, about 3.5 km.

Right between Hörvik and the Spraglehall nature reserve is the small charming fishing village of Krokås. In Krokås there is a private small fishing harbor and a popular beach. There are restaurants, cafe and plenty of activities all year round. Close to school, grocery store, leisure activities and bus stop outside the door. The house is in the middle of the harbor with a view all the way to Hanö. A stone's throw from beaches. Two patios in the front with morning sun and large backyard with afternoon and evening sun.

We rent out our large wooden villa from the end of the 19th century during the summer. It is old and we have been renovating it during the last years. Now its almost finished, newly renovated in old style. The house is spacious with over three meters in ceiling height, old wooden floors and beutiful original windows. It is located just outside the city center and has a large garden and two parking spaces.

Stort hus med lyxig känsla precis vid havet i soligt sydvästläge! Njut av lugnet, ta ett dopp vid stranden precis nedanför eller tänd grillen och stanna kvar vid poolen och och låt kvällssolen värma. Ett lugnt område med många fina promenadvägar och utflyktsmål i närheten. Lockar staden så ligger boendet ca 15 minuter med bil från Karlskrona city.
