The downstairs contains a bathroom with a washer and dryer as well as a combined living room and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with fridge and freezer, microwave and oven and stove. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for two more beds. From the kitchen, there is direct access to the patio with barbecue facilities and outdoor furniture.

The plot is shared with the homeowner but guests have part of the plot to themselves to enjoy. In the meadows/fields roam deer and if you are lucky you can also see moose. There are hiking opportunities.
