In the middle of fields and Knicks, you will find a quiet spot on the edge of the field with panoramic views over the Baltic Sea, the Baltic Sea beach can be reached in 20 minutes by bike. A newly developed 14 m" large construction trailer with a bed (160), a small kitchenette and one seating inside/outside awaits you. The toilet and shower are located in another construction trailer next door. Fresh vegetables and eggs from our garden are available seasonally, as well as a folding bike :)

Baltic Sea vacation home in Sehlendorf

The lovingly furnished terraced house comprises a living area of 98 m² on two floors. Extensive amenities with a high level of comfort await you. The open living area includes a cozy sitting area, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The terrace with a southwest orientation is accessible directly from the living-dining area. The ground floor also has a guest toilet and a large laundry room. On the upper floor you will find two bedrooms, a sauna and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

It is about 20 minutes by car to the Baltic Sea. Lübeck, Kiel and HH are easily accessible. Parking in front of the house is possible.

The approx. 90 m² apartment with separate entrance has just been lovingly renovated and is now ready for our guests. The apartment is 50 sqm and for 3 people, an ideal place to spend a few nice and relaxing days on the Baltic Sea (6 km). There is another extra bedroom with a 90 x 200 bed and in the courtyard there is a shed for the bikes.
