Great stay!! Very comfortable for family of four. The park access was excellent for swimming and enjoying the river! Lots of deer activity every day. Thanks again hopefully be back soon!!

We had a wonderful time at Ramsay’s Cottage! The property was beautiful. We enjoyed the fire pit, hot tub, and short walk to the private park. The house was comfy and had everything we needed. It really felt like the hosts thought of everything - we had everything we could have needed. The cookies from Charles were icing on the cake to a perfect weekend! We would love to stay here again.

There are 2 houses on this property. I was staying 2 months, and about 10 days into my stay the hot water heater began leaking in the Plum Cottage. A replacement heater had to be ordered. I was offered the chance to move to the other (bigger) Stone House at no additional cost, either until the repair was made, or for the duration of my stay. I chose to remain at the bigger house for the duration. Not only was it an upgrade, but it kept me from having to move all my stuff yet again. That was a very kind offer !! Although this location is in the country and very peaceful, Wimberley is just a short drive for any needed supplies or to visit shops and restaurants. As I'd drive down the road this property is on, folks would wave when passing. I once encountered a deer in the yard as I was heading out. It moved a little farther away, but was still enjoying being on the property a little later when I returned. Nice to be in nature and able to share the same space. A pleasant stay !!

Absolutely incredible experience! Cindy's guest barn exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning Hill Country views that stretched for miles. The barn itself was beautifully decorated, combining rustic charm with modern comforts. Cindy was the perfect host, incredibly welcoming and attentive to every detail. She made my family feel right at home, which made our stay even more special. The pool was amazing as well, providing a refreshing escape with a view that's simply unbeatable. Waking up to the serene landscape and enjoying coffee on the porch was a highlight of our stay. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with breathtaking scenery, this is the place. Had a great time in at The Wrenwood Ranch near Johnson City! The cabin was exactly what we needed for our time there and the area was so peaceful that it was the perfect weekend getaway. The ranch is located close to restaurants, wineries, breweries, and plenty else to do while still being out of the city. We especially loved hiking at Pedernales Falls State Park. The host, Chad, was very proactive in his communication which helped make finding the cabin much easier at night when we were arriving. He also helped us feel safe and informed during an unfortunate wildfire that broke out nearby. Overall, we loved our stay and can’t wait to stay again!

We loved our stay in Blanco! The cottage is positioned perfectly alongside the State Park. The space is clean and close to everything in the downtown square. Highly recommended!

I stayed at John & Suzanne’s place for a couple of months with pets & had an amazing & comfortable time! It’s super peaceful with beautiful sunsets, starry skies & orchards that are great for walking - I walked them almost every day to get my steps in! The birds singing in the mornings made it feel simply magical. I have the Merlin Bird ID app & would regularly clock in 10-12 different bird species almost every morning! No issues with WiFi, neighbors, parking, or mail delivery. Pedernales Falls State Park is nearby, make sure to check it out & schedule a reservation ahead of time unless going after hours. Dripping Springs is the closest town for groceries (H‑E‑B) about 20min drive. Easy access to get to Austin, San Antonio, Fredericksburg, etc. John & Suzanne were friendly & great hosts - I’d definitely stay again :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay though it was short! Gorgeous property and very quiet! Host was awesome and recommended great places to visit including vouchers and discounts for wine tastings in the area! We will 100% be back for many more stays!

Our stay could not have been any better. The house is wonderful and there were many extra touches to make us feel comfortable. The beds and linens were nice and the kitchen was truly well stocked with everything you might need. I only got home yesterday and have already recommended it to six of my friends! Edward came by once we were settled in to say hello, he is an extremely nice guy and very knowledgeable about the area. We look forward to staying again, and again and again!

I cannot believe the value of our stay in this cottage! It was a short, easy walk to town to enjoy the local market, park, and food. The park has the 2nd largest tree in the county, and kiddos spent a solid hour climbing up, down and around on it. It is across the street from the state park, and the dam and river were so beautiful. The kids had a great time, and I think we maximized the use of the available fire pit, treehouse, and games. :) Great getaway!

We had a wonderful weekend at the Casita just what we needed it's quite cozy and the back deck was so relaxing watching the moon and Stars. Jim and Dena are great host. Dena has put great thoughts in stocking the Casita from the coffee and tea bar. She even goes a little further by having snacks and She thought about your AM Wakeup snacks. The cottage was amazing. Dillon was very responsive and extremely hospitable. Road noise took away a little from the serenity, but not enough to ruin anything. Sitting out by the fire under the stars was so peaceful. The cottage itself was extremely clean and organized. Dillon put an enormous time and effort into making this a spectacular getaway. Highly recommend.

I had a wonderful week long stay in Wimberly and this house was a great home base. The house was very clean and comfortable. The owner had supplied water, snacks and coffee as a courtesy. The host was responsive, helpful and offered suggestions related to my interests. So much to do in Wimberley! Nearby State Parks, nature areas and parks have great hiking and views. Highly recommended!

Sheri’s place is always wonderful to stay at! Quiet and peaceful and the place is super comfortable with great amenities. We always appreciate the snacks and plentiful coffee and milk left for you to enjoy. It is a nature’s oasis in which we always enjoy watching the wildlife. Always a great stay and we can’t wait to return!
