What a wonderful experience from start to finish! The amenities, the peace of quiet, the proximity to the Toulouse metro - perfection. Bed is comfy and shower pressure was great.

My husband and I stayed at La Petite Maison for a month and enjoyed living there very much. It’s well located, an easy walk to the Carmes market, with shops and restaurants nearby. It’s very quiet and peaceful, on a pedestrian alley with no traffic noise. The house was comfortable. The bedrooms are a good size, with the master bedroom being spacious. The living room/dining room was plenty big for the two of us, but might feel a little small for larger groups. The kitchen was well-stocked. It’s convenient to have 2 washer/dryer units, as well as an iron and ironing board. There was plenty of hot water for showers. Check-in was simple with the key in the lockbox, and any small issues were handled by the responsive host. Note for Americans: even though the English version of the listing states there are 2 bathrooms, the translation is misleading. In France, “salle de bain” means a sink/shower combination, not what Americans consider a bathroom w/toilet.

Tout s'est bien passé, notre séjour était parfait. Nous sommes déjà venus l'année dernière et nous reviendrons à la fin de cette année.

The house was perfect for our visit to Toulouse. While we had a few wrong turns driving there, once we found it there was a parking space right in front which was very helpful. Dominique and Alain were the most charming hosts! They greeted us warmly and despite our language challenges did a great job of showing us the house and appliances. It is fully equipped, spacious, comfortable and spotless. We loved the walk along the Garonne river into the old town and enjoyed eating on the terrace overlooking their charming garden. Having the ability to do laundry, with a dryer, was also a plus. Dominique was very responsive to questions. We loved our stay and would highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay in Toulouse of which a big part was this beautiful and elegantly decorated home. The place itself was fabolous, as well as its location and the view. The place has everything, and beyond, one needs, when one is away from home. We are pleased to give the airbnb five big stars.

L'appartement est idéalement situé pour visiter Toulouse sans avoir besoin de la voiture, garé juste devant la porte. Restaurants et commerces à proximité. Logement impeccable, équipements de bonne qualité et tout en très bon état. Merci Christian et Mireille pour l'accueil !

Philippe was a great host and he sent lots of good recommendations as well as really clear instructions of how to get to the apartment. This was a last minute booking and the apartment was the perfect location for exploring Toulouse and at a very reasonable price!

Super séjour chez Sober ! L’appart était top, propre et cosy, exactement comme sur les photos. Sober est super sympa et dispo si besoin. Merci encore pour l’accueil, je garde l’adresse pour la prochaine fois.

Nous sommes restés 4 jours chez Émilie. Nous avons apprécié l'appartement, les gros avantages de la localisation : le calme du quartier et la proximité du centre ville. La chambre - cabine est opérationnelle pour des enfants ni trop petits, ni trop grands ! La chambre parentale est confortable, petit bémol pour la taille du lit double que j'imaginais plus spacieux (c'est un lit double de taille standard, 140 cm). La cuisine et le salon sont très bien équipés, et Émilie toujours réactive ! merci !

L’hôte est très gentil et à l’écoute , a bien voulut nous arranger sur l’horaire car nous sommes arrivé très tard . Logement propre et identique aux photos . Je recommande

Le logement correspond exactement à l’annonce. En excellent état, bien équipé, dans une résidence privée très calme, avec une double place de parking réservée. Michel a été très proactif dans nos discussions, c’est toujours agréable.

2 ème séjour chez Florence où nous prenons plaisir de venir 😊 le logement possède une place de parking privé, il est propre , fonctionnel , moderne 😊 une adresse que nous recommanderons a nos amis et famille, vu que nous nous installons sur Toulouse 😊
