Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Blaby District

We stayed here as it was very close to a wedding nearby. The entire place was very clean. The beds are really comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped including a coffee machine stocked with coffee beans ready to make any drinks you want. The table and lounge was comfortable and spacious for socialising. Great place to stay would definitely stop here again if we ever needed to be in Nottingham.

Lucy was great - always responsive and helpful/clear with instructions. The place itself was fantastic, I was there with my wife, brother and some friends over New Year, and we were very comfortable. We had our dogs as well, who loved the garden! (Though note that the garden is not fully enclosed). We had a wonderful time - thanks Lucy!

The house was perfect for what we needed it for, we had two toddlers and two babies with 4 adults and all felt comfortable and spacious. It’s in a safe feeling new build estate with parking for 2 cars. The whole house was spotless and the beds comfortable. There are lots of spare bedding and towels if needed. Two of the bedrooms have bedside tables with charging spots built in which is helpful and the en-suite shower has shower gel in for your use. Helpful instructions for check in and a message on the day we were leaving to see if everything was okay. Would stay here again and recommend. Thanks for having us.

We enjoyed our stay. There are nice walks around the area, and the general setting is very good. We walked to the local pub for a great lunch. The rooms are spacious, as are the bathrooms. Check in was easy.

We had a good few days at Matthew's place, which was easy to find, and very convenient for what we wanted to do locally. Matthew is a very responsive host, and easy to get hold of. We appreciated the little touches, like a bottle of wine in the fridge after a long journey and chocolates on the pillows. Our son didn't want to leave when we left 🤣.

Delightful little home to stay in, everything you could need. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the local area. Quick communication from the host throughout including sorting a late check out. Perfect location for a Midlands meetup for geographically seperated working professionals

de ruimte van Eleanora was schoon en Eleanora was erg flexibel. Ik had gecheckt of de locatie nog beschikbaar was na ons verblijf. Dit was zo en toen geb ik gevraagd of we wat later dan 10 uur mochten vertrekken. Dit was geen enkel probleem. Eleanora reageerde vlot op mijn bericht hoe de ruimte achter te laten, bijvoorbeeld of we de afwas in de vaatwasser mochten doen en starten of dat we handmatig moesten afwassen. Ruimte was schoon bij binnenkomst en gezellig ingericht.

Great value for money. Place was larger than expected, perfect for bigger groups. Was easy to access with instructions. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location and comfy apartment and thoughtful that they had put fresh milk in the fridge and provided cereal and tea. The bed was comfy and the shower was great.

The owner was friendly and welcoming. She made sure to send me all the information I needed for my stay beforehand, and responded to messages quickly. The apartment was clean and there was even some food provided for me. Overall I felt very welcome (:

This is a real gem! Shane has created the most comfortable and well equipped place one could imagine, all so comfortable, spotless and so well thought out and with some many lovely touches when one arrives in the flat (bread, milk, biscuits, tea, coffee). Svårt att tänka sig bättre läge för att utforska de mysigaste stadsdelarna med dess historia, shopping och restauranger! Vi unnade oss middag på Cosy Club och Vida by Lorentes som verkligen var fantastiska! Närheten till matbutiker och frukostbröd var också mycket uppskattad. Boendet är väldigt bekvämt och lugnt, i alla fall efter klockan 22 då restaurangen på innergården stängt. Innan dess är det ganska högljudd musik onsdag till lördag men det var inga problem för oss. Till och med lite trevligt med bra musik. 😊 Bra med dubbla badrum! Vi uppskattade att det fanns förbrukningsvaror som toalettpapper, diskmaskinstabletter, te, tvål och även Netflix. Parkering i området är väldigt dyr men det finns ett bra (men trångt) parkeringshus ett kvarter bort. Värden var mycket trevlig och hjälpsam och svarade snabbt på frågor. Vi fick bra tips om området. Värden och boendet rekommenderas varmt för en familj som vill utforska Nottingham till fots!

Good stay. Few things could have been improved but happy overall.

Jessica was very responsive and accommodating with our check in time. The place was easy to find and meet our needs. She even brought us an extra towel to use for the dog as it was going to be rainy. The back garden was perfect for our dog to stretch his legs (and the main reason we booked).

Very nice clean apartment would definitely stay again. Only downside is there was a gentleman directly above us who was very loud throughout the night, constantly going in and out at stupid times. Playing music and the tv was loud enough that I could hear it directly below us. Apart from that the stay was fantastic and would recommend :)

A place I now stay for second time. I will for sure come back to this same place next time I go to Leamington Spa, it feels very much like home in all aspects. I can only highly recommend it.

Everything was perfect with the apartment and Mary made us feel right at home! We loved going to feed the ducks and ducklings with the nuts she gave us. Thanks a lot Mary, we hope to stay again soon!! X

Lovely stay, property was clean and tidy with everything you would need for a short break. There is a local park a few minutes walk if you are bringing a dog. I would rate our stay 10/10 and highly recommend to others. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much for our stay!!!

A really lovely cosy apartment. Very well equipped and super clean. In a convenient location too. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice, modern 1 bed flat only 10 mins or so walk from New Street Station. Flat was comfortable and well appointed, plenty of bars, restaurants, shops etc. a couple of mins away. Khalli was responsive and pleasant and gave us easy to follow instructions for check in. Would happily stay here again if I needed something in Birmingham.

Without a doubt, the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at. Incredible service, amazing place with everything you can need and more. Couldn’t recommended it any higher; would give more than 5 stars if I could! Thank you so much Claire for a brilliant time.

In a perfect spot right in the centre of Nottingham, walkable to bars, restaurants, Motorpoint, Nottingham castle etc. great to have the outside terrace to chill out in. Will book again if needed.
