Villa Hällene: Architectural house in a beautiful location

Villa Hällene is a modern wooden house, located next to the famous Pilane sculpture park in pristine rocky landscape. The house is very bright and surrounded by a large wooden terrace with dining and sunbathing areas and a sauna. The house has an open-plan cooking, dining and living area that is open to the roof. On a gallery on the second floor is a second large living room. The nearest bathing site with a small beach and cliffs can be reached in 10 minutes by bike (available in the house).

Hjalmars Farm the Studio

The guest apartment is located in the barn at our farm in Stigfjorden Nature Reserve. You see the open landscape with fields and farms, behind mountains and forests to walk in. Nearest bath is 1 km. The silence is significant even during the summer period. To Skärhamn 12 km, Pilane Art 8 km and to Sundsby manor 7 km. Badrummet är helt nyrenoverat och är utrustat med tvättmaskin. Njut av tystnaden och lugnet, här hörs inga bilar utan bara en och annan motorbåt som susar förbi. En promenad på 5 minuter tar er ner till en egen badvik med fint vatten. Stor gräsmatta att spela kubb eller fotboll på, eller varför inte njuta av havsutsikten?

Welcome to the house overlooking Härön, Kyrkesund and the North Sea. The house is located on one of the highest points in Kyrkesund. You live in a quiet area. On the plot, there are rocks, lawn, pond with goldfish and three patios, one of which is high-situated with views of the horizon. Close to lovely swimming on the rocks on the badholmen or by the beach in Linneviken.
