The cabin is located in peaceful surroundings. In summer you can drive all the way to the cabin, in winter when there is snow it is 100m to walk. Ski slopes right outside the door and toboggan run and proximity to the ski lift. There is a large terrace with chairs and tables and a cozy barbecue area, and you can hear the sound of a small stream flowing past. For the children there is a small playhouse. Inside the cabin there is a large living room with fireplace and dining area for the whole family. Many good sleeping places divided into four bedrooms.

There is the possibility of using the cabin's small rowboat in the water, or take a sauna in the nice sauna tent. It is a mountain cabin in a wind exposed location. There is Wi-Fi in the cabin but poor mobile coverage. 3 bedrooms, loft, bathroom with shower, dishwasher, TV with DVD player, fridge, fire pan, including dishes, towels and bed linen.

Travel bed for baby can be borrowed if needed. Running water and electricity, as well as Starlink satellite network. Bjørnestad ski center is about 6 minutes away, and Feed ski arena 10 minutes away. There are several hiking possibilities in both summer and winter! Free parking. The distance from the common parking lot to the cabin is approx. 400 m.

This is a peaceful, south facing, cabin with a pleasant view of Norwegian nature. Electricity is limited to 12V solar panel system, mainly used for fridge, lights and TV. There is a 230V, 1000W, converter where you can plug in phone chargers, PCs, vacuum cleaner etc. The cabin is without running water, and drinking water is provided in 25L canisters. Heat comes from the fireplace. Composting toilet. Foot pump driven shower. Propane driven hotplates and oven. This is living sustainability.
