Ha il riscaldamento autonomo, acqua calda e tutti gli attrezzi da cucina. Era un piccolo caseificio dal XVIII secolo a 30 anni fa ed è tutto in pietra locale, ristrutturato filologicamente. The small, old house was once the residence and workshop of artisans who made the famous local "olle", namely earthenware pots.
