Manuel is a great host. He responded very quickly to our questions and helped us very well. The apartment is very nice. Fortunately, there is air conditioning and a really nice balcony. Since the mosquitoes love us, we would have been happy to have a mosquito net on the balcony door. We thought it was very good to be able to park the car in the box. Thank you so much for having us. We will definitely be back.

We had a weekend in Sesto Calende. The location was just a few minutes walk from the centre of town. Parking was nearby and it easy to get a parking space every time. Katia was great at communicating and we will definitely be back. Thanks

The apartment was cozy, very clean and well equipped. Above all, the kitchen offers many possibilities. The outdoor area is very well maintained and the views are breathtaking. Due to the fact that the apartment is located on a slope, the walk to the village is of course a bit exhausting, but still quite doable. Monika was quickly accessible and always warm and helpful.

This accommodation is absolutely wonderful! Chiara was extremely responsive and Ms. Franca was incredibly welcoming! The location and amenities were superb and there were also drinks and snacks provided for the guests. The space was large, clean, and quiet. Ms. Franca was extremely generous to offer to drive to/from the piazza/train station (which is only a few minutes walk), as the accommodation is on a hill. Ms. Franca also provided us a few gifts and amazing recommendations for food in the neighborhood. Absolutely would return and recommend this to anyone who wants to have a peaceful, local, and warmhearted accommodation for their trip to Lake Como!

Rajmondas apartment is a clear recommendation. We arrived in the middle of the night in transit and were able to enter the apartment easily with a key box. It is very clean and cozy. The next morning we realized how nice and quiet and in the countryside the apartment is located. For our little son, the slide, swing and chickens were a highlight. We will be happy to come back.

Perfect location, very nicely decorated interior with many antiques which give the nice atmosphere. Additionally, a lot of beautiful flowers which introduces nice mood. Fantastically beautiful view🫶🏼🤩. There were several feel-good places to relax at the house, so you can fully enjoy this great view. A really great house with very suitable extras for the location. The amenities were great (there were even three different pillows to choose from per person). Warm personal welcome. Lots of tips. Always very helpful. Great communication. The pool with outdoor shower is a highlight. It is even slightly heated, by solar cells on the roof. Large fenced property. Landlords are in the house next door. The plots are fenced separately from each other, so the dog can move freely. Everything wonderful. We will be happy to come back!

Tranquility, relaxation, and lots of greenery in the well-kept garden with many goodies and curiosities in an independent location but cradled by a sweetly familiar and belonging environment. Amazing

We were in Locarno for a women's weekend and are thrilled with our stay. The house was very clean, perfectly equipped, we felt very comfortable. With two seats you always have sun if you want. The location is great, quiet but very close (on foot) to Piazza Grande, the Lido, the lake and the public transport stops. The hostess was very nice, flexible, and you can feel that this house is a matter of heart. We will be happy to come back! 🩷

We received a very warm welcome and we received many tips from them for activities in the area. The garden is also lovely. We gratefully took advantage of the table tennis table. Wonderful apartment in Colonno!! I recommend renting a car since it is far from downtown Como and the bus only runs on the weekend, but the view is worth it! Our local contact Cinzia was extremely helpful, friendly and provided lots of great local recommendations. We would definitely stay here again.
