The house is particularly suitable for relaxing in the countryside, as a starting point for hikes or cultural and swimming holidays in Ticino. At the lake there are countless swimming spots. In Rovio, there is a waterfall with a swimming pool.

Located at the foot of the Monte Sighinola in the western part of the Monte Generoso massif, it is the ideal starting point for many interesting excursions. The picturesque roads of the valley are also very popular with cyclists and motorcyclists.

The small house is situated slightly outside and up from the village. Great view over the lake and mountains and catches the evening sun until late. The house is very very simple and very basic but has been refurnished with a small pool, private garden. It has two parking spaces. A local 24 hour supermarket is 3 minutes’ walk. Easy access by bus and train to Lugano, Milan and Como and lake ferry.
