Rade belongs to the municipality of Neu Wulmstorf in the district of Harburg. Rade has its own highway exit and entrance, making the highway exit easy to find even for those unfamiliar with the area. Located directly on the outskirts of Egestorf, your comfortably furnished 4-star vacation home is located in a park-like garden. Two adjoining apartments, each approximately 65 square meters, await you. In just a few minutes you can walk to the center of Egestorf. Each of the apartments is suitable for 2-4 vacationers and has a large, lovingly furnished living room with kitchenette and fireplace. Dogs are allowed on request for an extra charge of 5 euros/day.

Welcome to my unique and stylish city oasis perfectly located in between the hip districts of Sternschanze and Eimsbüttel. The charming 56m2 house is a former artist studio which offers the perfect combination of urban flair and tranquility. The house impresses above all with its amazing location. Nestled in a quiet green courtyard, you will find numerous cafés, bars, restaurants, boutiques and supermarkets just a short walk away.

The laundry room

In our former laundry room there used to be a large wash tub, the fireplace has remained and we plan to connect a small cozy stove. The charming cottage is now a light-flooded bright room because we opened the ceiling and installed 3 skylights. A ladder can be used to climb to the 2nd sleeping place. There are 2 more mattresses there. The kitchen is well equipped. A cozy spot in front of the house invites you to linger.

With a living area of 75 square meters, the house offers enough space for a relaxing holiday. The house has two comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, allowing up to four people to stay comfortably. The cozy living room invites you to relax with its cozy furnishings.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway right on the Elbe Cycle Path. The house is located just outside Hamburg directly on the Elbe. It is perfect for exploring Hamburg or for cycling or walking. Lüneburg and the Lüneburg Heath are also not far away. There is a bus line to Hamburg-Harburg or Winsen Luhe. 5 km from the Hoopte ferry terminal and 5 minutes' walk to the beautiful Seeve nature reserve.

The town center with shops is within walking distance in max. 10 minutes. Studio (approx. 30 m²) with private entrance, double bed (1.40 m), single bed (0.90 m) and private bathroom. The dining area with fridge, kettle, toaster, dishes and cutlery. Please smoke in an extra "smoking lounge." In the neighborhood there is a company that can provide "acoustic impressions" during the week between 7 am and 4:30 pm.
