If you are looking for peace and quiet in nature and value simplicity and goodness, this is the place. The old half-timbered building, a former stable, was renovated with high quality and sustainably with natural materials. Clay plaster on the walls and the wood-burning stove guarantee an excellent indoor climate, and the walk to the wood-fired sauna promises absolute relaxation!

Welcome to our stylish apartment – ideal for families, groups and friends. Completed in 2022, the property offers modern living comfort on approx. 170 m². You can expect a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with fully equipped kitchens, four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sofa bed for two additional guests. Space for up to 10 people. The highlight is the bright living area with high ceilings, open half-timbered and glazed Tennentor overlooking the village square.

The former Bismarck estate house, built in 1770 and completely renovated in 2009, is an ideal place for vacations and also workation - for working and relaxing. The stylishly furnished separate apartment (155 sqm) with private entrance, underfloor heating, antique tiled stove, a workplace, a fully equipped kitchen and a hot tub next to the apartment's own terrace as well as a sauna cottage in the extensive park offers the possibility of a varied break in every season.

The old town of Tangermünde with all its sights, cafes, restaurants and shops is only a few minutes' walk away (about 400 m). In addition, you will find the harbor promenade, the Tangier and the Elbe wetlands in the immediate vicinity (about 300 m). Our apartment is the ideal base for exploring the old town of Tangermünde and the Elbe landscape.

Here you can hear the wind in the trees, the occasional ringing of the church bell of a neighboring village, the chirping of crickets in summer and the distant call of wild birds. The landscape creates an atmosphere that conveys tranquility and reveals the essentials.

Unser Tiny House steht auf dem verwunschenen Gelände der "Alten Papierfabrik" in Neu Kaliß, dass direkt an einem Seitenarm der Elbe liegt. Ein einzigartiger naturbelassener Ort, um ein paar entspannte Tage fernab der Großstadt zu verbringen. Die alten Backsteingebäude sind Heimat von Wanderfalken und Eisvögeln und im Fluss kann man paddeln oder schwimmen. Mit etwas Glück wird man morgens von den Schafen geweckt.

Located directly on the beach promenade, a stay invites you to walks, bike tours, fishing, swimming and boat trips. Rental of two kayaks and bicycles is possible. The property has 4 rooms and 2 bathrooms toilet/sink/shower, a small guest kitchen and washing machine. No smoking inside the house and pets are NOT allowed.
