Hruška is the largest of the cottages, the bedroom upstairs is complemented by another sleeping loft, which children will love. Generous open space, larch, birch, a proper kitchen with a fireplace and a terrace, what more do you need… The cottage is ideal for a 4-member family, but it can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. We built the cottages with love, with an emphasis on minimalist modern design, in harmony with nature. Located above the beautiful Šumava valley. Come and enjoy the comfort and tranquility with a magnificent view of the surrounding hills.

We have been building and tinkering for a long time, and now it is finished: Our vacation chalet in the middle of the most beautiful Bavarian Forest. A cottage where we like to vacation ourselves: a large living room with a comfortable couch, cozy corner bench and a fully equipped kitchen. Solid wood beds from the carpenter with premium mattresses. Two spacious bathrooms with rain showers and a sauna for the gray days. And in summer, a large garden with mountain views, sun loungers and a grill all to yourselves.

Bright, cozy apartment in Bavarian style on the Rusel in Deggendorf right on the edge of the forest. The apartment (with private access) consists of a living room, bathroom (shower & bathtub), kitchen, bedroom and terrace. The bedroom is fully equipped with pine furniture. 2 additional beds (folding beds) are available. Parking: Free carport space Direct connection to various leisure facilities (ski lift, hiking trails, bike park, etc.) as well as a few minutes drive to the city center of Deggendorf.

Chalet Heart³

The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Time out at Klopferbach II

The apartment on the Klopferbach is located at the end of a side street, nestled in the countryside. Our three-room apartment is located on the upper floor of the wooden house built in 2020 and offers plenty of space for a relaxing stay on 90 square meters. It consists of a spacious entrance area, a bathroom and two bedrooms with wooden floor, one with a workspace, as well as a spacious living, kitchen and dining area. A large balcony with seating and views of the countryside completes the offer.

Here you can expect a stay full of rest, relaxation or action in the middle of the Bavarian Forest! The apartment is centrally located in the glass city and climatic health resort Zwiesel, in the middle of the skiing, hiking, action and recreation area, surrounded by numerous hiking trails, trails, ski and cross-country ski slopes. In the apartment awaits you a coffee maker, washer + dryer, Netflix, a cozy double bed, WiFi, etc.. Also relax in the in-house swimming pool, sauna or steam bath.

Im Sommer mit Hängematte und Außenpool, im Winter mit Innenpool und Saunen. Ein Fitnesscenter gibt es auch im Haus. Alles inklusive.

Und doch ist es die perfekte Ausgangslage für Ausflüge- Ziele wie der Arber oder St. Engelmar sind in 35 min. mit dem Auto zu erreichen, die Kreisstadt Regen ist in 5 min. zu erreichen. Perfekt zum Aufenthalt: incl. der ACTIV-CARD (viele kostenfreie Eintritte!)

Relax with your partner in this cozy space. The apartment is located in the Bavarian forest in the beautiful village of Regen, right on the black rain. A shopping center, as well as restaurants and shops for daily needs are within walking distance. Directly behind the house some hiking trails start. Upon arrival you will receive a welcome package ( oil, salt, pepper, shower gel and much more ). We are also happy to fulfill individual wishes.

Mountain cabin on the Grandsberg

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in an absolutely idyllic location. Enjoy the unique view at 800 m altitude into the Bavarian forest and the Gäuboden. You can set off on beautiful hikes directly from the property. Particularly recommended are the Hirschenstein (with observation tower, at 1052 m) and the idyllic Mühlgrabenweg. Here you can follow a stream to the peaks. There are also beautiful trails for mountain bikers.
