We have been building and tinkering for a long time, and now it is finished: Our vacation chalet in the middle of the most beautiful Bavarian Forest. A cottage where we like to vacation ourselves: a large living room with a comfortable couch, cozy corner bench and a fully equipped kitchen. Solid wood beds from the carpenter with premium mattresses. Two spacious bathrooms with rain showers and a sauna for the gray days. And in summer, a large garden with mountain views, sun loungers and a grill all to yourselves.

Bright, cozy apartment in Bavarian style on the Rusel in Deggendorf right on the edge of the forest. The apartment (with private access) consists of a bedroom, bathroom (shower & bathtub), kitchen, living room and terrace. The bedroom is fully equipped with pine wood furniture. 2 additional sleeping places (folding beds) are available. Parking: free carport Direct access to various leisure facilities (ski lift, hiking trails, bike park, etc.) as well as a few minutes' drive to the city center of Deggendorf.

Dear interested parties, I place a lot of value on a good price/performance ratio for the tenants & that it remains fair for both sides. You can expect a fully automated villa with a hot tub and home theater on approx. 230 square meters of living space as well as 90 square meters of additional usable space (garage + roof terrace) It is a private rental with a VAT invoice. The newly built wooden chalet was completed with a lot of love for detail in March 2024. It was built in a modern style and meets the highest energy requirements. The path from your own parking space, through the house, to the covered veranda with new, electrically heated hot tub was designed at ground level. Inside you can make yourself comfortable with the wood-burning stove and your own sauna (free of charge). The National Park cycling path and beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance.

Součástí yurty je wellness, které se doplácí na místě ( 20€/den) Nebojte po rezervaci se vám včas ozveme a veškeré doplňkové služby si potvrdíme. Užijte si nádherný výhled na rybník přímo z yurty. Kolem Vás bude pobíhat stádo oveček. Objekt je oplocen. Kdyby Vám cokoli chybělo, lze využít služby zavedeného penzionu, který je od yurty “pár” kroků, ale i přesto se budete cítit jako na samotě.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. The apartment is located in the Bavarian Forest in the beautiful town of Regen, right on the Schwarzer Regen river. A shopping mall, as well as restaurants and shops serving daily needs, are within walking distance. Some hiking trails start right behind the house. Upon arrival you will receive a welcome package (oil, salt, pepper, shower gel and much more). We are also happy to fulfill individual requests.

You can set off on beautiful hikes directly from the property. Particularly recommended are the Hirschenstein (with lookout tower, at 1052 m) and the idyllic Mühlgrabenweg. Here you can reach the peaks along a stream. There are also beautiful trails for mountain bikers.
