Beautiful little house in a very quiet location. In the house you will find everything you need for a vacation. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, exactly the right little things are everywhere. A great garden for the kids, nice hikes possible, with a stopover in quaint restaurants. We've been there in the spring and winter so far. We hope to try out autumn and summer as well. Highly recommended!

I had the most wonderful stay at Petra's place! The space is peaceful and cozy—a perfect retreat from everyday stresses. Petra is an exceptional host- very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. She goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home, offering a warm welcome with delicious handmade jam, a delightful selection of teas and coffees, and even breakfast and cake on Sunday mornings. The entire place has a warm and soulful vibe, with lots of little touches made with love that make it truly special. If you're an animal lover, you'll be delighted to meet Petra’s three handsome boys: two dogs and a cat. They are all super friendly and add to the homey atmosphere. Thank you Petra!

The hostess was super nice and often sought personal contact, which we really liked. She was practically always available to us for questions or similar. The house is exceptionally well equipped for a vacation home with everything the family needs. The location is very quiet and therefore we were able to relax well. Definitely recommended!

We had booked 2 nights over Easter. The house is cozy and the surroundings are worth seeing. Especially with small children, you can have a relaxing vacation. Our youngest member of the tour group wanted to stay even longer. We had a really good time and... Astrid is an excellent hostess !

My girlfriends and I had a perfect weekend at Katharina's place. The cottage is furnished with a lot of love and heart and has everything you need, including the terrace (our favorite place) with wonderful views of the countryside and the sunset. We felt right at home and above all had great fun with the countless games that were to be discovered. :) The communication with Katharina was great and with her warm manner, which is also reflected in the house, she made our stay perfect. We would come back any time and highly recommend it to anyone who would like to spend a small getaway weekend in nature.

We stayed with Andrea for the second time and the stay was very nice. The house is large and has everything you need for your stay. The area is very quiet and there are shops 200 m away. We will be back!

We had a great vacation! The apartment was very well equipped, clean and there is everything you need for a pleasant stay. The surroundings are quiet and just a short walk to the charming old village of Dettelbach, where we even found Doggie ice cream for our pooch, awesome !!!! Louie is very nice and helpful and communication was excellent. But the icing on the cake was the heated pool which is very clean and well maintained . We very much recommend this place for short or longer stays. Thanks Louie :-)

We had very pleasant days. The house was perfectly furnished, we lacked nothing. Balcony and living room offer a beautiful south view of the meadows and fields in front of the house. The quiet location in the small town invites you to small and large hikes. If you get into the car, you can reach the famous sights of the Rhön in 10 to 30 minutes, such as the Milsburg, the Wasserkuppe, the Schwarze Moor, Bishofsheim and the Gangolfsberg. Our 5-day stay in this apartment was absolutely wonderful! The decor was not only beautiful, but also very tasteful and immediately gave us a feeling of home. Particularly noteworthy is the sauna, which turned our stay into a relaxing oasis. The apartment was always clean, which shows how much value the landlady places on cleanliness and comfort. We were greeted with loving care that we so rarely experience. The landlady herself was incredibly warm and always took care of our well-being. The location of the apartment in a quiet and relaxing area perfectly rounded off our vacation. Here you could really switch off and relax. We highly recommend this stay and would come back any time. We were with a large group including baby with Heleen and her husband and we loved the accommodation: spacious, sufficient toilets and bathrooms for the group size, lots of parking, opportunities to stay indoors and outdoors - we liked it very much!

The place is quiet and idyllically located. Annika was a great host and made it possible for us to have a relaxed and stress-free getaway :) The place was very clean and almost more beautiful than in the pictures!

We had a great weekend at Kristina's place! A beautiful apartment and very quiet and green surroundings. Rarely do you see such a well-equipped kitchen in a vacation rental, so costs are twice as fun! A trip to relax and enjoy the tranquility! We will be happy to come back!

The place is very cozy and fine, easy to feel good, rest and relax. The host is very relaxed and accommodating in dealing with guests and also directly informed about some local conditions (bakery, restaurant, etc.) Despite a very short-term booking, everything worked out wonderfully and easily.

My dog and I felt right at home. Just arrived, right on the edge of the field. Unfortunately, I did not meet Christine in person, but the exchange and communication was very nice, friendly and accommodating. Every question was answered directly, the response time is almost seconds fast:) The only downside to the place was that we hadn't booked longer. We didn't want to leave 🥰

The property is in the middle of the old town and is perfect as a starting point for countless excursions. The equipment of the apartment is very good. We highly recommend this place.

We have already been here several times and that alone shows that we felt very comfortable. The cabin is well furnished and always clean. If you're looking for some peace and relaxation, this is the place to be. Hiking trails start in front of the door and if you want, you can reach sights in a short time on foot, by bike or by car. Chris and Leonie are super nice hosts and always easily accessible!

The apartment was sparkling clean. Everything was available or even more. Very good amenities. The mattress on the large bed was super soft, I preferred the other smaller bed because the mattress was very hard. The description for TV and Wi-Fi were easy to understand. It creaked a little at the beginning, but the host was immediately reachable by phone and we were able to resolve it very quickly. Very good information was also available for excursions in the area. Very quiet environment ideal for "coming down." Also very well taken care of for the four-legged friends. This place is highly recommended. Grade 1+

We had a good long weekend with our two dogs at Denny's. We were pleased with the small attention on arrival and enjoyed the relaxation in the sauna. The only thing worth mentioning is the steep driveway to reach the property. Our dogs found the garden great for romping and Denny thought of his four-legged guests with dog beds, bowls and treats.
