This amazing studio, with free parking on site, air conditioning, and fast internet, is located in a residential area and at the same time has easy access to all places of interest the Miami and Fort Lauderdale area. 2 blocks away from a main avenue with restaurants. By car: 15 minutes from downtown Miami and Wynwood. 10 minutes from the beach and the Design District. Uber and Lyft are available 24/7. Also, there are nearby bus stations. (watch out for Miami traffic of course)
