A fridge, micro and a counter for sandwiches and salada preparation but not equiped for cooking.. just 3 minutes by car from Wynwood Art District, Design District, Midtown Mall and five minutes away by car from the DownTown and Brickell and South Beach This space it's cleanned deeply to provide a germ free space. My son and I manage together to ensure we are there promptly for our guests needs. We strongly believe in respecting our guests privacy.

All are welcome to enjoy this beautiful studio apartment located in Miami's Historic Grove Park . The studio is private but is attached to the main house where we live. The bed is a super comfortable pillow top queen mattress. The kitchenette is fully outfitted. You'll find everything from a salad spinner to hot sauce. The pool and spa are amazing.
